There are laws dictating the use of tire chains in states that get a decent amount of snow annually because in these
states - some people abuse the right, leave em on too long, dig up the road, etc.
but most states in which snow is rare have no laws against their use - like Georgia perhaps
i haven't seen tire chains on a vehicle (excluding plows for example) here in MA in many years

Damn man stay safe atlanta. This is one of the most devastating times in our country, with this crazy 1 inch blizzard hitting atlanta. Times like this show how our country can come together and stand strong for each other. Hopefully the president has a press conference and addresses this so the rest of the country can understand how serious matters are. My prayers are with u guys in this time of need
