Sooner or later jurisdictions nationwide are going to have to change their juvenile polices in regards to releasing juvenile criminal records to the public and charging juveniles as adults at an earlier age, such as 12 or 13. Violent juvenile crime is going up, especially homicides. These teenage monsters above in the article killed this elderly 64 year old man.

Sounds like a great idea to me……..and should have been implemented years ago truth be told. If you pay your fare (which everyone should be doing) you have nothing to worry about. If you don’t pay your fare there will be consequences…….which of course gives everyone better results. Especially the criminals which is what they need.
