I don't know why they keep mentioning the uber thing, the terrorist was driving to random places killing people not shooting his passengers

Because it's wild to think that in between shootings, dude was on the clock working like he didn't just murk people. It shows the level of sociopath the guy is IMO.

Anyways, glad all my Kzoo people are alright. Had to make some phone calls yesterday to make sure, which was pretty surreal.

Read that he was driving around asking about a certain person's whereabouts.
Dude must've been hunting for someone and probably went on a rampage when he couldn't find said person.
Maybe looking for his wife's lover.
