The whole park has dogs off leash all the damn time. ALL the damn time. Ive worked next to Central Park for 4 years, went to school next to Central Park for 4 years, ive been to CP damn a thousand times it feels like, people have their dogs off leash wherever they want, especially like I said in the Am.
