***Video Game Music***

I figure it's time to bring something different to the Music forum. Besides all the usual stuff I listen to (some rap, R&B from the 80's and90's, and old soul) I'm a huge fan of video game music. Some of these songs bring back memories of my childhood, and some are just too catchy toforget. I know some of you have played Chrono Trigger, Zelda, and others. Here's a couple of my favorites that I remember vividly from years ago.

This is Secret of the Forest from Chrono Trigger. If you've played it, then you'll def recognize this.

And last, but not least are these. These tracks are by far two of my favorite orchestrated renditions of video game music. They're from the Super SmashBros. Melee soundtrack which is called Smashing...Live!

At the of Sonic 2.....after you face Metal Sonic and face Dr. Robotnik for the final boss battle.

That beat is some other level (no pun intended) ishhh..

I got the audio of that and play it at the gym to get hyped.

The only videogame OST's i have on my computer is from Metropolis Street Racer.. anyone have that game? its sick..

I would like to hear that Killer Instinct sample that Dipset used though.

I gotta cosign anyone who says Tony Hawk games. 1, 2, 3, and THUG had some nice soundtracks. I still be hummin "Whose World is This?" by Nas.

I just downloaded the Smash Bros. Brawl OST and I must say there are some really quality compositions in the game. Final Destination, Wolf's Theme, MGSLove Theme, and a boat load of others that I cant really think of.

Man, havent really played any games as of late..
