dude what are you talking about 1st of that that SSL weakness is a exploit like Java and flash have sometimes
THE ARTICLE CLEARLY SAYS THE WEAKNESS WAS FOUND ON SSL VERSION 1.0
The SSL vulnerability only works on SSL version 1.0. Versions 1.1 and 1.2 are not affected.
iT IS AN EXPLOIT ON OLD VERSION OF SSL
IN THEORY A SLL WILL ENCRYPT ALL INFO AS YOU STATED AND THAT IS WHAT I WAS SAYING.
Go spew your kiddie hacks to some elementary kids
From that same article... Actually, from the same section you quoted...
The SSL vulnerability only works on SSL version 1.0. Versions 1.1 and 1.2 are not affected. That does not really mean anything since almost nobody on the Web has the capability to support versions 1.1 or 1.2. SSL/TLS is notoriously hard to implement and each successive iteration breaks all compatibility with the previous version. That makes updating SSL cumbersome, time consuming and expensive. Almost no entity on the Web uses anything past version 1.0.
These are kiddie hacks, huh? You really have no clue as to how complex some of these attacks really can be.
That's fine, though. Just don't go around telling people inaccurate and partial truths.
