S5 is the safer option with a lot of feature and the M8 if you're into looks and Sense.
how can you say that if you haven't properly assets both of the phone? Said could have been said between the S4 and HTC one, but most of the reviewers "expert" have the edge to the One.

How do you properly use titanium backup?

How many backups can you have in twrp?
Hit the checkmark icon right next to "Menu" at the top of the screen.

Scroll down to what you'd like to do (everything is grouped like "Back Up" or "Restore"). Tap the 'Run' icon next to what you want. Then let it do its thing.

You typically only want to backup user apps to restore later. System apps can cause ROM conflicts so don't do it unless you know what you're doing (you prolly don't want em anyways)

As for TWRP, you can have as many back ups as you want. I only ever keep the backup I make after rooting for the first time, but you could make a backup every time you flash if you really wanted. It'll take up space on your SD card tho, just FYI.

Pretty much the only one you need.

The only time I ever backed up a custom ROM was when I absolutely loved it, but wanted to flash something else to try it out some features my current one didn't have.. other than that it's a waste of space on your memory.

I was going to get the S5 but I opted out, I love HTC sense, I used to have a Droid Incredible and remember getting it on the first day it came out, I like the UI better, S5 had some nice features but I opted out, when the Nexus 6 or G3 comes out I'll upgrade off another line

I got that part of the titanium backup but when I flashed the phone titanium went with it. However I see the folder on twrp recovery but it's empty. Where an I looking for it? Do I have to redownload and hit the run from within the titanium app?

Might be that TB classifies those files as hidden. Idk, I'd have to check.

But, you're correct -- you have to run the restore from inside the appJust redownload TB from the play store, then choose "Restore missing apps" or "Restore all apps" from the checklist. It'll show you the number of apps available, and then you can choose which apps to restore like so:

400

So uuummm I have to make a decision cause I don't wanna spend more than 3 days without at phone again. Nexus 5, G2, or GS4. 8o

Looking on Craig's list I've seen G2s as low as 150.
I don't see it, I'm also in south florida.

Why dont you get the tempered glass for it
I don't even know what that is, I'm not a tech nerd like most of you guys on here. I never rock my phone naked, there's always a case on it. I have a Ringke Fusion and Slim case for my N4. Coincidentally I had the Slim case on it when it first cracked back in January and yesterday. :{

Basically a screen protector made out of thin glass that is bullet proof. If your phone falls on its face the protector will crack maybe, but the screen will still be intact

They shot it with a .38 caliber and the screen was still fine and even beat it with a hammer!!!

You can get them on ebay cheaper, just search tempered glass and your phone model.. i bought mines for $8 , should be here today

Alright, I got an HTC One from my rep to try. Wonderful build quality. Sense is still sense though. It's ugly through and through. The phone is gorgeous...but entirely too hard to hold. Not even in the "it's just too damn big" kind of way. It's hard to hold in the "holy **** this thing is too slippery" kind of way. Sure, a case would fix this...but I never use cases and a case would totally ruin the beauty of the back of the phone. I played with it for a few hours, I'm back on my Nexus 5.

Which color did you get? The gunmetal looks to be brushed, while the silver and gold look to be anodized, aka less slippery.

lol I hear ya. Love the feel of the N5. I pray the '14 N5 keeps the shape and feel but with a bigger battery and better camera. It would put the game away...

Ordered my M8 today, later this year I'll just get the Nexus 6 if those rumored specs come to fruition, that thing would be a machine with those specs

, I'll just jump on another line or something

The N5 is probably the best feeling phone out there at the moment.. it fits in my hands perfectly.

The OG one was hard to hold as well, but the phone itself was great and I loved it.. I don't roll cases either it took some time to get used to holding it.

Because of videos that break down the UI of Sense and coverage of the S5.

The Moto X felt slightly better to me, they're both really comfortable.

It felt a tad small in my hands..maybe cause I got some above average sized hands.

Xperia Z2 Vs HTC One Display and Speaker test

Overall Comparison

Two of the best when it comes to design.

One of my friends works for AT&T and he said that he is liking the M8 way better than the S5. To him he said it isn't close.

Here some pics he sent...
