thanks fellas...ill look into it.

anyone ever deal with dual sim adapters?

Nothing to look into... Play Services is a bridge app for Google Services. Unless you want to remove Google functionality, deleting it is pointless.

You're probably getting bug reports because you have Photos (the Google app) selected as your default photo app and anytime you take a screenshot it is trying to do something with the picture.

Try using Gallery instead and I'm sure the problem will go away. (Go to settings > apps and clear the defaults for Photos, then try taking a screenshot)

Never used a dual sim adapter, but I've seen good things about Magicsim

Kids, I have something different, possibly fun planned for you this week. I won't give away any details yet though.

Do me a favor though. Tell me which phone you are currently using and what network you are on.

Thanks

really not feeling the simon says/jumping through hula hoops thing oneplus is having people do just to get an invite

tried posting on the forum for the invite giveaway and it took me about 20 minutes (kept getting 502 bad gateway message)

they need to get it together. if the g3 drops before this oneplus then LG will get all my business

What have i been missing by not rooting my N5?(T-Mobile) If I do root it, will all the pictures, text, etc., be erased?

Custom ROMs, kernels, and more ways to customize your device than you can possibly imagine.

Whether or not you lose your data (files, pictures, etc) depends on the type of phone you have and what type of method you choose to root your device (there are multiple ways to accomplish root.)

Research, research, research. Then decide if its right for you.

Finally got the update to Kit Kat for the Note 3 from VZW, took em long enough.

I don't think it's about exclusivity as much as it is keeping expectations in perspective. A company is offering a sick phone at a cheap price and contract-free, I'm sure it has more to do with being able to fulfill their orders. By limiting availability, you're keeping consumers from being pissed about being backordered.

"According to evleaks, the HTC One M8 Prime will come with a 5.5-inch 2560×1440 WQHD display, Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of RAM, CAT 6 LTE and most excitingly, will be made out of a “composite of aluminum and liquid silicone.” Release information on the One M8 Prime has yet to surface, but we would guess this coming fall is when the device will be officially unveiled."

:x

Damn, I might have to skip the one m8 then. But, 5.5 inches is huge in comparison. It would be cool to have another great phablet option.

That, and by generating all this interest they are also helping to make their case to potential investors... and having hordes of data to sell about one of the fastest growing markets (mobile tech) in arguably the most important demographic (17-30) is never a bad thing.

So what's up with the word, 'prime' to showcase a high end smartphone thats already high end?

Got a question--when I am out and about, I stream music via grooveshark on my s5. However, I can't lock my phone because doing so automatically stops the stream.

Is there anyway around this?

I want to be able to stream music and lock my phone without having the stream stop. I just got this phone, so I am still adjusting and learning. Any and all help will be appreciated.
