Anybody else root there M8? I wanna root mine but I can't find a method with an easy kit. Also I have the Harman kardon edition and I'm not sure if I'll lose the software if I root.
Yea that's the one I downloaded but didn't try yet because I'm not sure if the clari-fi and livestage will be gone if I root and install a different ROM.You have Sprint? Is this the kit you tried? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2699065 I used it, but running the codes in the ADB was easy.

If you swap ROM's and are worried about the Harmon Kardon features, get Viper4Android. Just look it up and give it a shot, I'm sure you'll like it just as much as the HK software. Anyways just do a backup before you root so if you want to go back to the stock ROM you'll just have to flash it.
I personally just kept the stock ROM, but Xposed Installer, and Viper4Android APKs. Very satisfied
Theres alot of roms with the HK features. Theres also standalone installers to install the HK mods on your version and any other M8.Yea that's the one I downloaded but didn't try yet because I'm not sure if the clari-fi and livestage will be gone if I root and install a different ROM.You have Sprint? LG officially announced the QuickCircle Case for the LG G3, even though the phone has not been announced yet. Although that will happen tomorrow, for now we have hands-on images of the case.
The case has a circular cutout in the front that lets you access some of the more important functions of the phone. You can make and receive calls, access messages, camera, music player and settings.
LG has also installed several watch faces that you can set to display when you close the case.
You can check out a lot more photos in the link below.

this android revoluton rom actually has a HK selection in the aroma installer@imlive365
I feel you I just hide the ATT garbage, but this is what you'd probably want to run then http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2694917 and just use Viper4Android and you'll be good.
Holy modifications! I'm going to look up how this plays with the M8 thanks for the suggestion.
im guessing sprint spark isnt supported on these roms becasue the notication where it tells me wheen im in service range is gone
it was nice no bloatware but it didnt have any spark support and without that its just sprints regualr 4g which is terrible around my way. im gonna try some other roms to see if there spark supported and if not ill just stay stock and just delete the bloatware myselfOnly reason I haven't flashed it myself is because it doesn't support the Dot Case. How are you liking it so far? I'm going to use Greenify and put all the bloatware to sleep and see if that works.
what speeds are you getting with spark?it was nice no bloatware but it didnt have any spark support and without that its just sprints regualr 4g which is terrible around my way. im gonna try some other roms to see if there spark supported and if not ill just stay stock and just delete the bloatware myself
