Honestly nobodys checking for the G3 outside of NT lol. Most wont even know that phone exists

The casual consumer will be looking for the Sammy device cause that is android to them. People that know android for more than just Sammy will be looking out for it, it won't outsell anything even if it was 10x better than what Sammy or htc put out

Ever since my s4 updated from att a couple of days ago it is running like crap, it takes mad long to unlock and sometimes it doesn't even register..

pretty dumb statement as LG won most innovative designs in 2013 and most tech review sites are raving about LBs New line up. is it the Galaxy or Apple? No but those brands at this point are selling the brand not the phone ... hence why the M7 won best phone in 2013 and G was claimed superior than their competitors.

Outside of a select few of the hardcore tech heads on the net, and the previous LG owners, not many are checking for the G3 man. And if you wanna talk about these sites,honestly even the OnePlus joint has more buzz than the G3 right now lol. The successor to the Moto X will have more buzz than the G3. While I salute the hardware, nothing stands out about the G series phones.

Im an LG fanboy .. They made me believe and IMHO the G3 is one of the most anticipating phone for tech enthusias. In General ... You are absolutely right there will be plenty of people that aren't looking for it but that's because they are sold on Apple or Samsung ...No one said the G3 sucks son

I can't speak on the g3 because it hasn't released but I can tell you first hand the g2 as great as it was didn't sell well even though is was "better" than other phones at least on Verizon.

I can attest to it being a flop on VZW.
Lg struggled for so long entering the smarthphone arena you cant make one good device and call yourself a real competitor to the big boys all of a sudden.
Im as unbiased as they come n regaurds to android devices anyway. Had sammy. Moto. Htc. Had blackberrys. Window phones before 8 etc. Ill have the g3 or g4 eventually. But as we all know the cycle is crazy fast. Havin the best specs at time of release is meaningless. I just want a polished complete package. Thats why i went m8. That and the g3 wasnt close to out yet in any case.
The size thing throws me but maybe itll work out ok. Perhaps differentiating themselves from the pack in that way will work out. I jis dont see it when sammy is on itteration 4 of the note series

Literally nobody comes to me at work and asks about the g3.more people ask about the i6 than anything. Few questions about the n4 every now and then.

I just think that LG needs to diferentiate themselves more. How? Idk im not a product designer lol. But most of the pluses of the G2, for example, werent strong enough to sway most consumers. Build, looks like your average slab phone. Nothing special. Specs, little better than competition, but we all know specs mean little to nothing nowadays. UI, looked like TouchWiz. Buttons on the back? Different, but wont make someone buy a phone. Also polarizing. Something you would love or hate. Screen, all phones have beautiful screens nowadays. I'm seeing the alot of same things with what has been shown of the G3. Alot of great specs and hardware, but nothing that would blow minds or sway consumers from the Iphone, S4/5, M8. LG needs to stop trying to out-do what the other phones have been doing and bring something truly fresh to the table. HTC had to do it with the One series to get back in the game, and LG needs to do it with the G series.

Another day, another LG G3 leak. We have already seen it all - press renders, live images, official accessories and what not? Today, we get to see the dummy unit of the upcoming LG G3 smartphone, which was spotted in a store in Korea.
The images reconfirm that the smartphone will come out with ultra-thin bezels and will feature redesigned back buttons as compared to the G2. The dummy unit also shows the positioning of the USB port, 3.5 mm audio jack and the IR blaster. We also get to see the default wallpaper of the G3.
We know that the G3 will sport a 5.5-inch IPS QHD display and will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset with quad-core CPU and 3GB of RAM. The 13 megapixel rear snapper with OIS and the 2.1 megapixel front facing shooter will complete the camera department.
A recent leak also confirmed the price of the device. LG G3 will house a 3,000mAh removable batteryand will run on the new Optimus UI out of the box.
Meanwhile, LG has released three promo videos to build up hype before the official announcement, but with most of the information already out, the company has less room for pulling any surprises at its event on May 27.
