Yea I hear you, uninstalled the launcher and it's amazing how smoother and faster the phone is now.
Its weird though because on forums I hear people say their m8's don't have any lag with it

Ya that is interesting. It ran pretty smooth on my moto c, but I won't use it until I have to or Motorola optimizes it for my phone in a future update. Nova is nice too but I prefer the feel of the default launcher. Nova I'd pretty though

I cant get down with Swype texting. It just doesnt work for me.
Started with the GNex and when Swiftkey came out I got it and never looked back.

I put it up in eBay a couple hours ago. I ended up getting 62 bucks for my nexus 5, the screen was beyond shattered and had water damage where all it showed was green lines.

people love the G3 in here. Like 80% of the people in this thread who are up for new phones will be getting it.
I put numbers at the top of SwiftKey and I make so many more typing mistakes.

G3 a no doubter in my mind.
Root should be easy and custom roms will be a plenty. (Mainly a CM head but I like to try everything out.)
