Battery life is the only thing preventing me from getting the s6 edge. I'm getting 6 hours SOT with my note 4 running a blazing fast TouchWiz 5.0 ROM

What Rom is this? The one thing I miss about Lollipop was that it definitely ran faster than KK in my experience. Wanna keep it on the backburner in case I decide to upgrade to L at some point.
Keeping my N4 until the N6 probably, the big screen life.

i played with it for a few hours this weekend because i was looking to switch from my trash htc m7. honestly...even with a 2 year old phone... the s6 isn't impressive. camera is great, but i fail to see the difference between the s5 and s6. at all. im REALLY disappointed that after 2 years, nothing feels new yet. maybe next year

most cameras are capable of taking quality photos.
The thing people want is consistency in the camera. Will it take a good photo when I want to pull out my camera and take a quick photo of something moving or my child etc etc.

Im just waiting for the gold joint to come out then i will cop the m9 asap even for retail just to keep my unlimited on verizon. cant wait to toss my m7 already. when does the gold one come out?

yep, HTC Software been stupid solid also....i even stop using after market launcher on my M8 , but copping the S6 Edge next week when i switch to T-mobile, im a sucka for its sexy looks but not looking forward to Samsung Updates

i really was hoping to try and get s6 or s6 edge to go back to android from my first run of trying naything apply with my current iphone 6.
but that price tag though, and doesnt look like theres much i would benefit. esp losing sd card and water proof. i dont complain much about removable battery because the external battery pack i have been on point for all mobile devices.
and after experiencing both stock android and skinned, i really want nothing to do with android unless its plain jane vanilla, but dont care for any of the new devices that have stock android cause they too big of a phone.
or maybe im just finding excuses because Apple got me locked in

I still think Vanilla Android lacks features.
Obviously these skins are OD but there are some great things that can be taken from them.

Wouldn't argue that but you said the battery life got you hooked, lol. Just sayin if you do switch, you wont be sacrificing battery life
