This has probably been asked already, but how do you take a screen shot on a non rooted phone without a paid app?
Motorola Atrix sequel gets candid with the camera, heading for AT&T?
By Brad Molen   posted Jul 28th 2011 11:04AM

With all of the hype building for the Droid Bionic's arrival, we can't say we were expecting to see anunannounced Motorola device receive love from the camera instead. But sure 'nuff, we beheld our gadget-lusting eyes on a handset that's likely AT&T-bound in the near future -- the carrier's logo is flaunted on the front, at least -- and may even be the next-gen Atrix 4G. Sporting a coincidentally similar design to its supposed predecessor, we only know of a few specs so far: the mystery device offers an 8 megapixel camera with 1080p video capture, HDMI connectivity, Moto's new Blur UI replacement and a curved display similar to the Nexus S -- though this time there's no fingerprint scanner onboard. It looks and sounds great, but let's just hope that this one really is the "world's most powerful" smartphone. The gallery below shows the device in all its glory.

I`m just copping this to hold me down until the iPhone 5 comes out when ever it does and they do a few shipments of it.

Is the Droid X bad? I see em cheap on Ebay, or should I just do a brand new DX2 and flip it when I decide to go to an iphone? I was on XDA and it doesnt seem like the DX2 has much of a dev communitty what so ever. I would prefer it over the Incredible 2 being that it's dual core

There are still a couple of days until you will be able to purchase the Motorola Photon 4G from the shelf but the phone is now available online over at the carrier's website for all of you who want to have it before anyone else.

Following the source link will land you on Sprint's Motorola Photon 4G page from where you can purchase the phone. The price is, as confirmed, $199.99 with a two-year contract, for which you get a phone with a dual-core 1GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 4.3-inch qHD display, eight-megapixel camera, VGA front-facer, and 16GB of internal flash storage. There's a real drama around the Samsung Galaxy S II which should be good news for the manufacturer as it's always great to see future customers being so excited about an upcoming product. And it's definitely coming soon, really soon to the U.S.

As Samsung promised through Shin Jong-Kyun, president of the company's mobile communications business, the Galaxy S II phone variants for the U.S. should hit next month. And to further prove that, there's a sign-up page now live on the Samsung U.S. website where you can enter your details and be among the first -- along with some other millions -- to find out about the phones.

Whenever you decide to root it download Titianium Backup and you can delete the bloatware. That's what I did the other day

Remember that Samsung Galaxy S II slider that we saw a few days back?  Turns out that it likely isn't the Galaxy S II after all, according to BGR, who leaked out the original images.  Just as we already reported, AT&T is now looking to release two new Samsung phones, one being the SGH-i927 with a sliding horizontal qwerty keyboard (pictured above, and mentioned here as well), and a more conventional styled phone that will be the Samsung Galaxy S II for the number two US carrier.

While we still don't know all the details, the slider will be running Gingerbread and have a current version of the Linux kernel -- both very good things.  We also know it will have a nice looking sliding keyboard, and offer another great choice to Android fans here in the states.  We approve.
