Take multiple pics, photoshop, file, automate, photomerge,choose the files and from there it's pretty self-explanatory

^^^Basically. I used the Nikon D40 with the Sigma 10-20mm lens @ 12mm and f-stop of 4.4. The D40 doesn't have a stitch assist function. Used atripod and just rotated it with ~20% overlap between each shot. Then batch processed all the RAW files in CS3 for color correction, contrast and saturation. Used CS3>File>Automate>Photomerge to stitch it together. And put the finishing touches (Shadow/Highlight and Unsharp Mask).

When making panos, just make sure you shoot in manual mode, because you want to ensure each shot has the same shutter speed, aperture size, exposure andwhite balance.
