Tony created a new element, then a new source of clean energy at the beginning of Avengers. Give him vibranium and he does more of the same especially given its limitless applications.
As for Peter, that's self explanatory. Give him vibranium and he probably saves Uncle Ben's life.
Besides those facts, who says you can't use vibranium to make weapons AND in the medical field?
We're talking about geniuses here. They're not limited to one thing and especially not cuz of their sex and age.
Shuri did not create that procedure that saved Ross' life.
Wakanda has had vibranium for millennia and have had scientists developing it in various applications for millennia.
Okoye explicitly calls guns primitive. Shuri tells Ross that in Wakanda ppl do heal from gun shot wounds over night.
This train of thought would be like saying W'Kabi is the one that created the idea to weave vibranium in to their clothes to generate those shields he has his soldiers rock.
We're talking about a country here. One that has had an incredibly valuable substance at their disposal for a long time. They've clearly used vibranium in several fields. Why pretend its all Shuri?
Using vibranium to treat those sorts of injuries is not something that started with Shuri.
