WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - Deadpool & Wolverine = 07/26/24

^ Casino Royale really is excellent, not taking anything away from it. Great set-pieces, superb character development like you said, and a great origin story for what type of Bond was to come.

SKYFALL had komodo dragons tho

Lacked fun?!

Dawg, you had Javier Bardem crashing a subway car into Daniel Craig

And later, M and Bond team up to let out their inner Kevin McAllisters on a bunch of mercenaries!!

samsung fanboys must be salty. They can team with dc and have phones explode while watching justice league.

Apple has money like that :wow: :wow:
It's not surprising.

To be clear,on the flip side, I'm sure Disney has the money to buy Apple. This is all about what you need though which is why it's the other way.
huh?
What do you mean by this?

I mean if Disney for w/e reason wanted a phone service provider they could get the cash to cop Apple/form a merger but in this instance as you mentioned it Apple looking for a tv/film provider.

I think to do what you're talking about they would essentially be folding into Apple. Apple would still have to "buy" a part of Disney, not the other way around.

Apple is valued at over 700Bs, Disney is at like 170Bs (without marks ups). I really don't think they could get loans for enough money to accomplish the hypothetical you presented.

I guess they could buy a division of Apple if it was something like that ?? but that still seems like it wouldn't work.

Yeah I looked it up today too

Disney seems like it'd be worth more because it owns so many other properties but damn. Apple worth x5 lol

How much is google worth?

If Apple is after content acquisition, only Apple would greatly benefit from this, really. They would snatch up all the Disney content (SW, Marvel, Pixar included), their parks, ESPN, ABC etc., but all the other rival media companies would be unhappy. It's already tough for Apple with other companies and iTunes. With this acquisition in play, Apple would have to make deals with other media companies to hold their content as well, which would only benefit Apple and not Disney. Also, because Apple has a hard time playing nice with others, I have a feeling alot of aspects regarding Disney would be confined to iTunes and Apple products. Something I do not want to see. If Disney wanted access to technological resources, they have money to do it striking deals with other companies for a lesser premium without having to sell the company. If anything I see a collaboration or partnership down the road, not an outright buy out.

Apple is worth close to about $700B, however Apple has around $250B in cash/market securities. Apple would have to pay a 40% premium to acquire the company, marking up their value to about $240B. They may not even be able to afford it since they have to blow all their cash which would be taxed coming form overseas. Also, logistically speaking, why would Disney settle for 40% premium mark-up for a deal that may not even be worth it and will take forever to go through? Deals take a very very long time to close and some fade away. No regulations for the deal would simply sign this off when these two HUGE companies are this big and important. I don't see Disney accepting a 40% premium when they'd have to waste their time and resources getting this deal done that will literally take years to go through.

Making a ringtone via iTunes isn't that hard.

You go to a song, go to options, make it so that it has a start time/end time of around 30 Sec (of what part of the song you want as a ringtone). Pres OK.

Then right click it, 'Create AAC' version, and it'll make a copy of the song with the ringtone length.

Then you gotta go to that file on you computer, change the file extension from .m4a to .m4r, then update the itunes library and it'll be a ringtone.

I mean it's a lot of steps lowkey but eh lol

Actually since it hasn't been necessary to set-up and update iphone on itunes, I haven't updated it in maybe 5 years?

I actually already had the ringtone and it was already .m4r extension and after taking hours to upgrade the stupid itunes, I couldn't put the ringtone on the ringtone section.

After doing a few more things and deleting the old ringtone folder and recreating it a handful of times, it just kept saying it can't read the .m4r file as a ringtone so it won't sync.

It was just the dumbest sh*t ever how much hassle Apple gives you so you can't just do anything even the simplest customization on the phone.

In these day and age, you really should just be able to download a ringtone to your phone directly and be done with it. I mean you really do not even need itunes at all these days so why do you still have to go through that sh*t to add a simple ringtone on my phone?

Damn lol

I guess I'm just used to it on my Mac.

Wonder why yours wasn't reading. I just throw all the m4r into my main iTunes library and sync it and it works fine.

Not for me, maybe because I'm on a pc?

I've seen some guides online that says to just drag it but it didn't work.

Then other guides included downloading a ringtone app then go to itunes, copy it somewhere then save it on desktop and pick it up there then sync and bunch of mumbo jumbo.

I mean really I feel like we talked about this issue more than we should, it shouldn't be this difficult
