What cables do I need to make PS3 HD?

I finally bought an HDTV, but I'm not sure what cables I need to hook up my PS3 for the HD. I forgot to ask at the store and I was planning on orderingonline anyway. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

HDMI would be the best way to do it if your TV has an HDMI port, if not you would have to go with HD Component cables.

The plugs labeled "HDTV" on the back are one set of round holes that are green, blue and red and another set that are yellow and red. I also see a"VGA" hole and have no idea what it's used for. Does that mean I'll need HD component cables?
