I think its hard to say cause no matter what, somebody will always pick up whatever trash jb throws out there. Personally I like some of the bold colorways,pures, blackcats, and lasering while I hate cdps, fusions, spizikes, 6rings, etc. So I think they have to experiment to see what people will and won't buy.Im hoping jb will catch on and keep releasing OG colorways over anything else but don't make them so limited to where most their market can't get them.

If Mercedes-Benz started selling the Kia line of vehicles with their logo on it, would people still think of a Benz the same way? Jordan Brand was Mercedes,now it's just Kia with the MB logo on the hood.

How they completely made my XIs look like the cheap varients they were telling everyone not to buy I literally was speechless when I saw them in the 1st picthat surfaced.

It's true !!! you can slap that logo on anything and people will line up for it. It's really sad over the last year I have lost all love for thebrand that dons the greatest's name.

I hate the fact that JB has to retro the same shoe over and over again. Can we get some other OG colorways of retro's. Is it that hard to retro theWhite/RED/Black 1's?! I try not to get too mad about the NIKE sign on the back of retro's but this crap about preserving the OG's and keeping theOG collector's happy is a total farce. If it was OK to put NIKE on retro's earlier, why change it now. Why do you make certain Jordans so limited thatyou have to camp for days just to have a shot at getting them(Titaniums). I remember being able to buy ANY Jordan back in the day and now all JB seems to caterto is the Hypebeasts. I hate that Gentry/JB does not address these concerns when being interviewed. Did we really need some of the terrible shoes(All BlackXX's) just to get shoes that some of us have been waiting 15+ years for?!
JB/Gentry if you are reading this, it is not too late to improve on the quality and quantity in which you choose to release. Just take a look at the recentretro's Nike has put out.......

What would happen if JB released the best og's as a gr? Yes they'd make more money short term....but they need to stretch our interest as long aspossible by putting out "almost" what we want....fusions, or just plain weird colorways, etc. I get that. What I dont get is cheapening the namewith really crappy quality retros. Sure, we complain alot here on NT....but it's because we actually give a &*^! We are the ones paying premium pricesfor not even close to premium quality product. It sucks. How much longer will things go this way? I dont even think Mr CEO cares anymore....yes, he is ahypocrite.

I hate 95% of the threads in the JB forum and I blame it all on JB.
but I also hate that I can get buttery leather on some AM90s for $90, and pay basically $310 for one cement III and it feels like plastic

limited releases. i know this has been touched on over and over, but why. they know the shoes are gonna sell. GR all the shoes. guess that would limithype though too. just dont get it, if money is what their after - more shoes = more money.

I'll just have to say quality and ugly CWs on retros. Hybrids/Fusions/Spiz'ikes/Etc, Etc.... don't really bother me... I have a choice... and Idon't choose to buy them. Some Spiz'ikes are nice though... but that's it

Patent on everything. It was interesting on the XI. The novelty of patent Jordan's was still there when it came to the XVI.
By the time they got to XIX it was getting old. Now, JB see patent as their fall back. Everytime they're worried a shoe won't sell, they slap somesparkly patent on it.
That reminds me. There hasn't been one OG Retro VI colorway since 2000. The only thing that came close was the DMP.
