3 yrs difference is a big difference back then, im 26, and i clearly remember everyone rocking the black/reds way more than the concords

OG black and red XI's were da ones that actually sold out in 1996...da concords were around for months..
and 4 years later when they retro'ed it was da color EVERYONE was clamming for.

^^^ primarily because it was a playoff colorway..... That's how the cookie crumbles with JB.... Back then Black/red XI> Concords.... Playoff XII > White/Red XII.... Playoff XIII> White/red XIII.... Last Shot XIV > White/Red XIV...... Doesn't mean it's a better colorway.... But it does mean it's a far more popular colorway

k, ill take yall word, but i remember in my neighborhood (hawaii) and what most comes to mind is busta rockin the Concords
far as the topic.
ALL/Ice bottoms= GRAILS for me. honestly the accent/swoosh colors dont matter.
