I am not a lawyer or anything. But I will share my limited knowledge of copyright that I have gain while dealing with art and photography. To me it seems like a cease and desist letter. Which means if the content is not taken down or properly credited by the date stated they can seek legal action or threaten to. There are two types of copyrights 1) intellectual copyright which means that person can send a cease and desist but can't gain financially 2) Actual copyright(not actual name) which a person pays to have their material copy written through the government and this allows them to send a letter and take legal action if necessary. But I don't know about the re quoted material on NT and the legal stance on that. Either way you don't want to take the chance on it at all. Try to have the post deleted. Once again I am a not lawyer and I have limited knowledge on copyrights. I hope this helps some.
