What would he actually be suing for? His quote is rather innocuous, and it's cited to his name. I believe the only way to sue on account of your name being used, is if you are being slandered, and I don't see any of that going on.

We haven't received any complaints regarding that directly.  IF that individual has a copyright claim, Yuku has a DMCA compliance mechanism used to facilitate those types of complaints.
