1. Crowbar - excellent blunt force weapon. Also useful for prying open doors and windows of abandoned buildings or emergency escape routes.
2. .22 with suppressor- .22s aren't as loud as most in the first place, and will stay quiet with a silencer. Also, .22s PRE-apocalypse are cheap to buy at the store. Or an M4A assault rifle if I can get access to ammo and the gun itself, but very unlikely.
3. Bicycle - In the long run, it's quiet and doesn't require fuel. Can get away from zombies without attracting any extra attention. It can slide through tight spaces and alleyways.
