Whats The AVG hours of sleep you get NT?

my sleep schedule is so %%%#*+ I probably go between 4-8 hours and never the same time
 
8.5 on weekends & 6-7.5 on weekdays.

The key for me to staying awake and energized is to eat less carbs, drink at least 2.5 litres of water per day, jog 40 min a day, and to eat lots of fruit.
 
If I lift weights something srs I need like 7-10 hrs. But if I cut lifting then 4-7 hrs.

weekdays about 6-7 hrs. weekends about 10 hrs. i luv sleeping tho especially when its freezing outside. talking about this makes me wanna watch some tv and go to bed. =)

It varies from day to day. Some days I'll get 4 hours or less and other days I'll get like 10+.
