Which one is the better "42" inch T.V. Samsung or LG?

Panasonics are the way to go. Not to mention, the remote is just simple and easy to use

Samsung 55 inch LED 3D Smart TV 7100 series or the Samsung 64 inch Plasma 3D Smart TV 7000 series.

I'm on the fence, plus they come with a soundbar or smaller tv (part of their bundle).

Difference in price is about $300 for what I can get it for.

Thoughts?
