I think Voltron is at least 5 times bigger than Optimus. One lion is probably the size of Optimus.

We already saw that in Revenge of the Fallen, Optimus can't take on more than one person at a time without getting ***##+ up (until he got more parts).
That said, if Voltron attacks as 5 lions to wear him down and then forms Voltron and hits him with the blazing sword, it's a wrap.

We already saw that in Revenge of the Fallen, Optimus can't take on more than one person at a time without getting ***##+ up (until he got more parts).
That said, if Voltron attacks as 5 lions to wear him down and then forms Voltron and hits him with the blazing sword, it's a wrap.
