It has to be Em, because he has several different types. And I don't think its a beat he can't ride.

Luda is very consistent
Lupe flow is very nice. One of my fav from him is "intruder alert" I think he flowed on that beat very well.

T.I flow is up there too. His flow can be very smooth and fluid.

Of course Jay but I think he took a few steps back with BP3. But he has one of the best flows of all time.
