With sexual harassment suits, whether there's proof or not, its a sticky situation (no pun intended) with the burden of proof being on the accused instead of the accuser. Funny how that works seeing that with the Criminal Justice System its the other way around. Its why when an accusation arises, the accused company just throws a check at them. Its not worth going to trial and possibly having this happen. That's why when you work with women, watch everything you say and how you say it.
