If they are happily married and there is no recent cheating, I wouldnt say anything. I would just look out for your friend in the future. Baby can be additional stress upon a relationship and if she was capable of cheating on him before, she can possibly do it again.

Why are ya'll protecting this bird? Its her fault that she did it, not OPs.. Honestly I would feel betrayed if a good friend of mine knew the woman I was with was cheating on me and didn't tell me... Forget all that not your business stuff, what if she is still doing it and ends up burning your friend? Just letting you know, if you decide to tell you're going to catch hell and get caught in the middle of it. But only do to others as you would want done to you... Personally I'd want to know.
