WRESTLEMANIA WEEK: 4/3 Breaking News: Multi-Time WWE Champ Retires from WWE

Naomi is Tyrus Thomas. Folks say that and that but she is just super athletic at this point. I want to see more from her instead of doing butt spots and jumping around

nattie is garbage. Don't care about how she looks or her in the ring. All she has is that spinning clothesline.

I see what you're saying and can agree there.

To me, Paige is the only one worthy of being champion right now until the Boss and Charlotte get called up.

Same for me!! At a dinner and my ex sits next to me not across cause that's how we did it. And she'd try slippin that finger down my butthole

not havin it

I don't see what you guys are talking about...
I haven't watched a single pee break match on raw or smackdown in years.
I will agree Naomi is a great athlete tho. Needs to lose the *** based offense, kind of like Mojo Rawley.
NXT and 8 min PPV Matches>>>>>>

I don't have the channel tna is on, is my bae Gail Kim still flourishing there? Who else is left?

Nattie is easily a better wrestler than Naomi, not even debatable. Watch her match with Charlotte, Naomi couldn't put on a match that good.

Some of these poverty divas need to retire. Crine at how Rosa Mendes is 35 and she still just being a valet for Fandango. Lita and Trish retired at 31 :lol

layla gets a pass doe

Please. AJ can go man. Why do yall think she can't hang?

It's not that I don't think "she can't hang"..It's I don't think she's as talented as Nattie, Naomi, or even Nikki..I think she's better than those women at in ring psychology, but she's really not that impressive with her move set..Regardless, I'm glad her and Philemina can sit at home and be dirty jerks together..I give their marriage 8 months and it'll be in the crapper..

I can't let you slide with this one case :lol :lol

she's literally the best women's worker on the main roster. on all levels. no one can match her mic skills, psychology, selling, etc.

natty and naomi are overrated real talk. both work matches together that are slow and obviously choreographed.

- AJ & the Bellas are the only ones that get consistent promo time :lol I do agree that she's probably the best overall diva on the main roster, but as far as strictly in-ring, that would be Nattie. Naomi is the most athletic diva on the roster.

- Nope. Naomi is the most athletic diva on the roster, and wrestles at a faster pace than probably all of them as well. Unfortunately none of the other divas can match that pace, as damn near all of the other divas work that slower more deliberate pace where it looks like they're waiting on the arrows from Dance Dance Revolution to cue them. Overall they've gotten better (except Rosa & Eva), but even with the Bellas improvement in working with Cena/Bryan, they still lumber in the ring sometimes like toddlers.

Naomi is the best athlete out of the divas. As a female worker, all the jumping around, etc is cool simply because none of the other females can do it.

She doesn't understand psychology and botches very often (most of them do...probably due to not really getting time).

Nattie is probably the best female worker. She had the match against Charlotte and another great one against Paige. She botched spots too. I think she's a little high on herself. She's not exactly wrestling at a Brett Hart, Shawn Michaels, Chris Benoit, Eddie G, etc. She's just the only classically trained wrestler amongst a group of fitness models, models and cheer leaders.

HHH's Orlando program is doing a great job with the next generation ie Becky, Emma, Paige, Charlotte, Sasha, etc. Obviously they don't have the pedigree of a Gail Kim, who was absolutely wasted in her last WWE run.

R-Truth gets the most random wins :lol

Swagger needs to give his theme to Cesaro already

Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

With more speculation on Brock Lesnar possibly blading at WrestleMania 31, WWE issued a statement denying it and several sources within WWE also say Vince McMahon did not sign off on it.

Usually, anything of this nature would need to be approved by Vince himself and more officials are saying that it is not true and that there was no blading that occurred.

The last person to be caught blading was Batista and he was reportedly fined $100,000.

Sheamus responds to being reckless in the ring :

"Reckless? Ha Ha... Your idols are spoiled lily livered runts. #AreYouNotEntertained"

Booker T spoke with Main Event Radio and had quite a few things to talk about. He opened up about his match against Triple H, Samoe Joe and his King Booker gimmick. Below are the highlights of the interview.
Losing to Triple H at WrestleMania 19:

“Honestly, even with my 35 championships it’s never really been about titles for me. The fans were disappointed but I didn’t go back to my room upset that I didn’t win. For me it’s always been about performing. People really wanted me to win – and it was a great match, we left everything in the ring. I can always respect HHH, that he was able to take it just as much as he could dish it out. Me not winning, I would not take that as a black mark on my career or anything like that. A lot of people were disappointed, a lot of office people came up to me and said you should have won. But it just wasn’t meant for me that night and we move on.”

King Booker Gimmick:

“Being able to create and show people that it’s all about the entertainment factor and making people feel a certain way when they saw it. People remember King Booker because they felt a certain way. It was acting at its finest form. I always feel like I will be the greatest King of the Ring champion there will ever be. 100 years from now they will have to pull up footage of King Booker when they look back at all the great wrestling kings.”

Samoa Joe in WWE:

“He can make some waves with WWE: He can make some big waves with the WWE roster; he can come onto the NXT roster and make waves there. WWE is a proving ground. You don’t just come into WWE and say put me on the main roster because I’m Samoa Joe. You gotta take your knocks. I’m no different than anybody else. When I came to WWE I was a 4x Heavyweight Champion, 6x Television champion, U.S. Champion, 10x tag team champion but I started at the bottom all over again to make my rise. These young guys out there coming into WWE won’t have to go through anything that I haven’t gone through myself.”

Shawn Michaels spoke with Muscle and Fitness Magazine to promote his new book. Below are some questions asked to Michaels, including his fitness and being one of the smaller guys in a world of large athletes, and the PG Era compared to the Attitude Era.
On if there was pressure to get bigger in WWE:

“No, there wasn’t any pressure in that respect from anyone. I was training with guys like Kevin Nash and Triple H, guys who like to get in the gym and train hard to this day. When I came back in 2002, after the back injury- for four years I had been out- I found that a lot of those heavier weights were going to be a thing of the past. It was easier on my body, and I stayed healthier carrying less weight.”

If he were a trailblazer for smaller wrestlers:

“When you’re not 6’6″ and you’re not going to be 250 pounds, you have no choice but to make it work however you can. You’re thankful that you’re athletic, and you do your best to use that athletic ability. Bret [Hart] and I both tried to focus on that.”

PG Era compared to Attitude Era:

“Don’t get me wrong, the Attitude Era was fantastic, but it was four years, and I guess that’s something people don’t think about. We started doing it back in ’97, and by the time I came back in 2002 it was done. I guess there was a little bit of it, but it wasn’t much. It was four years. It’s been built into mythical proportions. You do the best job you can whether it’s the Attitude Era or the PG Era. Successful people succeed in all situations. Smart people, people of wisdom, will succeed in all situations.”

You got alot of ppl saying 31 was the best mania ever.

Have you guys ranked it yet?
It wasn't the best ever. If you look at it, it was just really good because we came in expecting a ****fest. Seth cashing in was one of the best WM moments ever.
All the new talent lost their mathes :(

Pretty much :lol. I assumed the IC/match and Rollins Orton would be the standouts, Cena/Rusev to have a possible underrated match killed off with Cena winning (which is what happened :lol), the Battle Royal to just be a time and career waster, the divas to more than likely not have enough time to do something good, and I thought Brock vs Reigns would be Brock vs Goldberg. UT/Bray for me beforehand was a mystery, cause i didn't know the shape UT was in, nor did I know Bray was injured before that. Other than HHH winning, Sting/HHH went exactly how it should have. Overall like you said, the show very well exceeded the low expectations I had.
