The Internet Wrestling Community is not happy about Christian losing the World Title to Randy Orton which airs on Smackdown this Friday...

CMPunkSays: I hope @WWE bought @Christian4Peeps a nice dinner, because you should buy a person dinner BEFORE YOU f*** THEM.

Jacob Burman: WOW. Guess that explains the move with Orton. He wasn't next in line on Raw, let him bury Punk and then go on and bury Christian. I used to love Orton, but the man has been stale for a LONG time. He should have put over Punk and there is no... reason at all to take the title off of Christian, especially considering the pop he got when he won it. And Vince wonders why he is losing money. He simply doesn't listen to the crowd reaction. You could have at least seen if Christian gave SD a ratings jump or something.

Austin Schantz: What the f*** WWE. This just proves once again that WWE has there guys for the main event position and to hold the belts and that when someone new and deserving comes into the picture they say this ain't gonna happen and put the belt right ...back on the Guy they want at the top even though he has been there for 7 years to do the same stuff again. Cena, Orton, taker, hunter the same people doing the same #@$* over and over again. Total *#*%%$@%!

CoLD_KiLL: f*** the WWE and f*** Smackdown. I'm not gonna watch for 2 - 3 months now. f*** you guys suck.

Derek D'Go Goins: I don't mind Orton winning the title,(I expected it) but it makes Christian look like a chump and it even makes Del Rio look weak. Christian's win now looks like a total fluke. It's poor booking in my opinion.

RAWFShowtime: And @WWE wonders why they can't make new main event stars. Its REALLY hard to be a fan of either company right now. Sickening...

Jonah Harry Weinman: f***ing *#*%%$@%, everyone wants Christian and yet they give us Orton again. We don't want f***ing Orton as champion, we want Christian, Bryan, people that haven't been World Heavyweight Champion.

AyeshasFriend: Cena and Orton. Champions at the same time............I'm going to start watching only ROH now.

Mike Brilhart: Correction. WWE taped something major. MAJOR *#*%%$@%! Super Orton is as Bad as Super Cena, and as far as I'm concerned, I'm done with the WWE. I waste money to see things happen that won't last. f*** you Vince MacMahon and your goofy $@@ product. I'm not giving you any more views or any more money.

Eric Chism: I am not going to get that upset about it, but I do wish he would have kept the title at least into the next PPV. I'll bet it is a heck of a match though. Christian is no longer the WHC, but hopefully he will be in the main event for a few weeks.

Michael Betancourt: I was at Universal Studios today and they literally couldn't give tickets away to TNA. People just completely ignored the promoters

Matthew Thomas: how disrespectful have wwe been to christian doing that to him giving him an emotinal first long fought championship after so many years then oh couple days later randy orton has to have it i agree with this guy they should have waited till like summerslam or somin

Milo Bautista: Christian should of at least stayed champion for two months. WWE have no respect for Christian what so ever. He been in the company longer than Cena and Orton. Its sad to see Christian treated like #@$*. >-[

Matt Giberson: christian just had the match of his life on sunday, just shows you how much mcmahon appreciates him total bs, orton has become just as stale as cena has become yet they both got the titles, hopefully christian gets another reign down the road

Adrian Cade: That is such *#*%%$@%. I knew Randy would take the title but I thougth Christian would at least get until Summer Slam. WWE couldn't hold the ball if it were surgically attached to their goddamned hands

James Ward: Wow... Randy Orton is amazing, but geez let Christian have his time while he's still got time left, he'll be gone soon too probably.

Shawn DiIorio: I'm suprised, but not angry about it. What makes me mad is now I have to listen to the IWC Cry and whine about it. I wish they would all just %$#$. If you don't like it, go watch something else.

Jb Incredibizzle: I don't know why people are surprised, christian couldn't even get a match@mania and ya'll think he was gonna have a long title reign. I like christian but if Edge didn't unfortunately retire, christian should've never even wore that title. Christian should've stayed n TNA

Brian Chandler-Bing Bradshaw: News just in, I am officially done with WWE. Will continue to watch TNA, which is bad most of the time but will get to see Kofi Kingston and John Morrison there when they're future endeavoured/get fed up.

The guy who put it up said he understands why people are mad as they are the hardcore fans, the ones that spend the most money. The casual fans are the ones who could care less.

- The Wrestling Observer reports that Triple H, Sean Waltman, The Undertaker and some of WWE’s creative team were all at FCW on May 4th scouting talent.

- Current RAW roster member Skip Sheffield, who hasn’t appeared on TV since being injured in August of 2010 during Nexus’ peak, wrote the following on Twitter about his status:

“First and last update here since so many of you have been kind to ask. Things have been extremely complicated with the injury and it was much more than just a broken ankle and leg. It has been the most positive experience of my life and I promise you I will return very soon bigger and badder than anything you have ever seen. Nobody is going to stop me from achieving what I have set out to do.

As many of you may now know, Randy Orton defeated Christian at the Smackdown taping last night to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.

After speaking to several key WWE insiders, details can now be provided behind why WWE decided to book this major title change just days after Christian won the title at Extreme Rules.

To begin with, as we exclusively reported several days ago, Randy Orton is set to become the focal point of the Smackdown brand, and the entire Friday night show will be centered around him from both a marketing and creative standpoint. Orton's position on Smackdown can be compared to John Cena's position on Raw, as WWE looks at both talents as the creative centers of their respective brands.

Additionally, we were told that Christian's title win at Extreme Rules was done not so much as a "well deserved win for Christian," but much more so that a big moment could be made for Edge at the PPV. "Vince [McMahon] could smell, touch and taste a moment between Edge and Christian celebrating on PPV, and that's the major reason why Christian was awarded the title." This dispels any conspiracy theories that Christian was awarded the title to keep it on Smackdown, as we were told it would have been very easy for WWE to throw a third party into the Extreme Rules match which would have kept the title off Christian and still on Smackdown.

As to the question of why WWE stripped Christian of the title so shortly after his win at Extreme Rules, WZ was told that no one in WWE with any kind of influence values Christian as a top money draw for the company. Christian is well liked, and is considered, as we were told, "a reliable hand," but when it comes to being a top player in WWE, Vince McMahon has absolutely no faith in him.

Brian Gewirtz, who is the head writer on Raw, and also oversees the entire writing staff in general, which means he does have influence on the direction of Smackdown, is said to be a big supporter of Christian, but other than him, there appears to be no other members of WWE's top brass that consider Christian to be a major player. And yet, we're told by our key WWE insider that even Gewirtz wouldn't speak up for Christian as a top draw. "Brian knows Christian is a very entertaining wrestler," we were told, "but even he knows Christian should not be the number one guy on either brand."

As we said, however, Christian is still considered to be a quality worker and a reliable hand for WWE, and we were even told that a possible producer/agent position might be available for him when his wrestling days are over, but as far as Christian ever working at the top of a WWE brand, that seems to be a very unlikely possibility.

- WWE is looking for The Rock to make more appearances with them this year, including at the SummerSlam pay-per-view, because of the difference he made in WrestleMania 27 business.

- As noted before, WWE is working with a scout in the UK that is there to look for big, muscular guys who are interested in wrestling. That scout is Drew McDonald, who competed as Ben Doon McDonald during the 1980’s in Stampede Wrestling.

- As noted before, Alicia Fox suffered a shoulder injury after being clotheslined by Kharma on this week’s WWE SmackDown. There are already people backstage making comments about how rough Kharma is with the Divas.

- WWE informed some of their business partners that The Miz will be treated as a top priority this year, so even though he lost the WWE Title, officials aren’t looking to take away any of the focus from him. The plan all along was for John Cena to get the title from The Miz at the end of their feud.

- The angle with Jinder Mahal, The Great Khali and Ranjin Singh on SmackDown is supposed to lead to Khali turning heel, with the idea he’s become too soft as a babyface and is no longer the monster he once was. Mahal and Khali are scheduled to form a heel tag team with Mahal carrying most of their work.

It just hit me that Over the Limit is this month, which I will be attending.

Missed out on seeing Captain Charisma as the WHC

I don't know what sucks more, not getting to see Christian as champ, or having to go to what will probably be a terrible PPV.

Over The Limit Main Event Leaked
The web site at the Key Arena in Seattle lists John Cena vs. The Miz for the WWE title in an I Quit match as the main event for the 5/22 PPV show.  This will likely be announced Monday night on Raw, pending a change of mind.

Great stip, since Miz uses so many submissions.
