Bro - I'm getting all this from FORBES ...Keko Jones,
You posted a blog/article someone who was also as confused as you wrote ages ago.
I'm only going to comment on the first line of your prior post. There is no way i'm going to dissect that confusing/false post you made.
I have no idea how you got this idea or what you actually intended to communicate to us.
Microsoft's original plan was to create an all digital future. Some policies still stand, some don't.
The one that is still active is being able to access your digital downloads on any Xbox. Don't feel like taking your games to a buddy's house? Just sign in to your account on your friend's Xbox and access your whole library. There is no limit to how many Xbox Ones you can do this on. The policy that was axed was the sharing plan. Each user would have been able to create a "Family" list. In this list you can add up to 10 friends and each can access your library of saved games, one at a time.
See? i had to type a whole dam paragraph just to try to correct your first argument........don't expect another reply from me.
In addition, if what was said wasn't true, why did Microsoft make the amendment ....
“Today I am announcing the following changes to Xbox One and how you can play, share, lend, and resell your games exactly as you do today on Xbox 360. Here is what that means:
An Internet connection will not be required to play offline Xbox One games – After a one-time system set-up with a new Xbox One, you can play any disc based game without ever connecting online again. There is no 24 hour connection requirement and you can take your Xbox One anywhere you want and play your games, just like on Xbox 360. Trade-in, lend, resell, gift, and rent disc based games just like you do today – There will be no limitations to using and sharing games, it will work just as it does today on Xbox 360. In addition to buying a disc from a retailer, you can also download games from Xbox Live on day of release. If you choose to download your games, you will be able to play them offline just like you do today.”
You guys keep taking about the 10 friend/family list and what I have been talking about is the buying used games/renting games .. there was going to be a fee impose in order for you to have access to play these games after purchase .... where's the confusion ????
GOOD LORD!
