As a software developer, i still dont understand the appeal of using a beta version of an operating system on your main machine :x :x :x :x

They are, by nature, unstable.

See this a lot w/ iPhone users too

I was in AZ for work for the entire month of May without cell service at the crib because T-Mobile doesn't have towers in remote areas and Android 6.0 beta broke my Wi-Fi calling 3 days after I got there .

Ok so last night my Xbox updated to the cortana preview but now it's literally all jammed up. I wasn't able to play at all last night after it finished.

 

Have you tried a hard reset? I've only had Cortana problems personally. Everything else seems to run just fine.

yup one of the first things i tried doing but still was not working.

itll be on this screen then by itself itll goto my games & apps try loading up only to fail and go back to this blank screen lol 

was playing fine yesterday then i went to get a water bottle down stairs come back up and my xbox is updating after that it reset and and began to apply the update. Went to this screen and it just been **** since man.

CRACKDOWN WAS UNDERRATED FAMB.

I got that game to get that Beta, but I ended up playing that game hard until the Beta came out. :x

Hello, last night I found a way to fix mine and would like to see if it would help you Stryder UK. I downloaded the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool from support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool.

I downloaded the Factory Reset version and followed the instructions on there. When my Xbox booted up in the tool I chose the reset option, then chose the keep my files button and viola all fixed! I am still on the latest preview update and didn't have to download anything and all my games, apps, and games saves are all there!

Everyone remember the reveal commercial for H3 though? I think it came on during the Super Bowl or some other big event. Started out with Master Chief and some girl as kids lying in a field looking up at the sky and then a scream gradually getting louder until the scene switched to Chief in battle deploying a Bubble Shield.
