I built a pc to play Horizon 3 in it's best format as possible, but my pc isn't capable of 4k. Neither is my wallet.

yea ive noticed something is up with recording clips because i recorded like 10+ nhl 17 beta ones and literally only 1 is avail to view which is my OT Game Winner ! but when i go on my xbox i can see them all
