Thats my issue. I understand tryna eat healthy but %+%* yall cant live forever lol. Enjoy what you want. You think your great grandparents that lived into their 70's 80's and 90's had better foods then we do? Or that cigs and vodka wasnt part of daily routine? You cant out run the reaper.

actually the environment wasnt as bad as it was now. they could chain smoke and live to be 80/90 cuz monsanto wasnt a monster as it was now, plus most of them in rural parts lived off the land lived off the local markets. now a days theres only 4 major major farm companies as i understand from food inc.

I don't drink juice or soda cause its basically water mixed with sugar and other  crap that your body don't need

yeah unless you drink distilled water, you're ingesting flouride, which is an agent nazi's used in water sources at concentration camps to help ensure that the prisoners wouldnt fight back and just accept their position.
 
....and it's so funny when people get mad because there is a soda tax. Someone had the nerve to tell me "damn they tax our cigarettes and now they taxin' SODA!?!?!?" and thats why I don't talk to certain people anymore.

This is part of the reason I'm now 90% organic and "juicing" from raw/organic fruits and veggies from local farms for breakfast and lunch. Could be partial placeabo, but I've certainly lost weight since New Year's, can function better at work, sleep less, and feel 100000000 times better all the while actually getting nutriants.
 
nah, the benefits are real.

im moreso just semi-trolling to drive home the point that there is going to be something "shocking" and "unhealthy" about everything you eat...


just eat what you like to eat and TRY......the key is making an effort to think about what you eat before you actually eat it....

i eat mostly organics now, too, my complexion has improved, my weight is finally "set" (doesnt fluctuate) etc. etc.

i find that organics actually taste better.

i ate a local farmgrown strawberry last week....tastes nothing like strawberries from the supermarket...

completely different texture and sweetness....i was shocked.
 
1. The sugars in fruit is natural sugar which is not bad for you at all. Their is a difference in sugars just like natural protein.

2. I buy lots of frozen vegetables and steam them and they taste great and healthy for you

3. you should always detox your system once in awhile by eating a ton of wet fiber to push out the waste that sitting in your body and trust me their are some waste stuck to the intestinal lines, even meat is said to go undigested sitting in your body for months. I eat a apple a day. Also my poop no longer stinks

4. Get a water filter for your facuaet. I try to drink 1 liter of water a day. i have several bottles in my fridge that i have filled to last me through the week

5. Exercise

As long as you do the above you wont have to worry about what you eat or do because your taking care of your body and flushing out the posions

which your body recognizes as fructose

not as "well this is from an apple, so its not going to harm me" 

is it hard to grasp that 21 grams of sugar in any glass of any liquid you drink isnt healthy?

cats drink half a jug of orange juice...its like the sugar from 12 oranges...im sure each glass has the sugar from 4 to 5 oranges in it. you dont sit and eat 5 oranges at once...ever.

you go ahead and juice 3 apples and a banana, and drink your half cup of juice with some ridiculous amount of sugar in it
