Confused...this will erase negative marks for accounts that went to collection.  What about accounts with a zero balance that had a few late payments listed?  How can they remove the worse of the two cases?

Man in front of me at the grocery store check out line had a coupon for EVERY SINGLE item (he had at least 100+)  Thing is, more than half of his coupons were expired.  So he didn't end up buying the items with expired coupons.  I was waiting in line behind him for a good 20 minutes.
