I wouldn't say one is better. They will both help you create a deficit. Depends on what type of cardio you like yo do. Like for me my training sessions are intense. And I need to recover more. So I do LISS.
I hate cardio hahaha. But I do it so I don't have to drop my cal because I love to eat!
LISS 3 times a week burn 200 each session. 600 deficit for the week.
Easy lol. Be in a caloric deficit. Lift heavy. Throw in cardio if you don't want to drop cals. Rinse repeat cycle lol. Of course its harder than it seems.
