☆☆ 2012 NBA Finals ☆☆ The King has been crowned; Heat win 2012 NBA Finals! Bron Finals MVP.

The Clippers guard play might be some of the best in the league this season. Healthy Chris Paul and Chauncey

Where's Blake's post game at though? He's gotta have a go to move and a counter in the paint.

In the 3rd quarter when Jordan put Kobe on his *!@ and he hurt his shooting hand, I kinda thought well that's all I really need to know. I feel in the past Kobe would've got some bs call. Then all of the sequence after, Billups with his fast break 3, the constant rejections by Jordan.

LAL got some nice promising young guys but they're not enough.

@ that poll about Clippers winning more games than the Lakers though, ppl straight jumping ship. I thought Kobe was trying to play the victim with all that everyone is counting us out talk but I guess it's true.

I don't particularly like Chompsy at the 2 spot all season. He does love to gun it but that's a clear disadvantage a lot of nights in the West.

That Mike Brown defense and offense looked great

One thing he is great at though, is fouling down low and getting away with it. It's literally an art. Watch him any time he is around the basket on both ends. He doesn't flat push you or go bump into you, that'd be too obvious. He puts his hands and arms straight up in the air so it makes him look innocent, and uses his hips to body check you and push you around, again not violently but slowly making contact then just leaning into you and slowly moving you to whereever he wants you to be. And

at finally hearing the ref say "foul on World Peace"

I wonder will there be any announcers who just refuse to call him that.

Haven't posted in here for a while... couple things I want to touch on.

I finally caught the Timberwolves/Bucks preseason game from a few nights ago.

-Kevin Love is still a beast, despite having an eating disorder.

-Ricky Rubio played as well as he could in his first "game" with the team. He dazzled, he airballed, he made the crowd jump off their feet, and he provided a few clues into what we'll see throughout his rookie season. That alley-oop to Derrick Williams was a sight to see
eek.gif
, but there were at least two other alley-oops that were botched by Anthony Randolph and then Derrick Williams that would have made the average fans favorite 'SC Top 10 Plays' if completed.

-Jose Juan Barea

... he seems to be meshing with the team well and that's wonderful. There was a play in the second half that sticks out in my mind (some nice dishes back and forth between he and Rubio for an easy lay in). Barea and Rubio seem to have already developed some chemistry, which is nice to see.

-Michael Beasley was chucking away. He had some success from the field, but the guy's gotta realize that his future with the team is in jeopardy as it is so he must to do whatever he can at this point to appease Adelman and the team in general. I have doubts that he'll be a team first guy if the losses start piling, but we'll see.

-Wes Johnson and Anthony Randolph !$!* up the joint.

Nice, young exciting team. Their youth will be their weapon and their weakness throughout the regular season. That second quarter when they were 8-8 from the three point stripe.

I think Chauncey could get away with playing the 2 full time in the West. Other than Kobe, who does he really have to worry about? Carter/Terry, Kevin Martin/Courtney Lee, Tony Allen/Mayo, Gordon/Bellinelli, Ginobili/Neal, Afflalo, Wes Johnson, Sefolosha/Harden, Wes Matthews, Jazz SGs (

), Monta, Jared Dudley, Tyreke, and Marcus Thornton. At 6'3" 2 hundred something lbs who's he having trouble with consistently?

I feel bad for the Lakers though. They have to learn a completely new system. Outside of McBob, that bench

I feel those guys will light him up (Tony will lock him down), plus JC in POR will put in work. I mean I remember dude not being able to keep up with Baron Davis last season while he was with Cle. I'm also accounting for height. When healthy he can hold his own most nights and put pressure as well when he's on offense but I don't think he's going to be able to keep up with this shortened season schedule. I'm not saying he's gonna be horrible but as much as it's a pro for them I feel it's a double edged sword keeping him @ the 2.

Only thing to look forward to is Kobe going off most of the season on his last legs or a miracle.

On a homer note, it was really good to see Caron Butler healthy. I wish him the best in LAC, and hope he stays healthy.
