☆☆ 2012 NBA Finals ☆☆ The King has been crowned; Heat win 2012 NBA Finals! Bron Finals MVP.

If the Pacers traded Hibbert and Hansborough in a package to the Magic they'd still be able to start David West at the 4 and have Foster and Amundson back them up. Then they would have to include either Granger or Paul George and a 1st round pick probably, and take on Hedo. I think it'd be worth it. Collison-Hill-Granger-West-Dwight.
But this idiot Dwight wants to go to Hollywood or New York City and play with one superstar and a whole bunch of *%*@@#% bums.

Whats a few weeks? 3?
Who knows, the organization will likely be cautious and ensure he's ready for the playoffs.  Thibs said "out a while"

How long will Deng be out? Not sure. Thibs said he dribbled with his left hand and is feeling better today.

I'll take losing Lu for 3-4 weeks if it means everyone's healthy for the playoffs... That puts him and missing all of feb and coming back in March... I can't deal with that.

Sidenote: what would have been the recovery time for an injury like that if he'd had the surgery?

With all the minutes Luol has had to play the last season plus, I'm surprised it has taken this long for a major injury to occur to him.

yea, it's going be rough having to make up the just over 38 mins a game he plays..

so who starts for them at the 3 now?

do they start brewer and hamilton.. does korver now start?

they could go stretches where they go super big and play a 2-3 zone.. so they could throw noah, asik and gibson out together (have they ever tried this? have they ever tried noah and asik together?)

Deng confirms Tribune report that Dr. who surgically repaired his right wrist in 2005 is involved. Injury is same. Wrist different. #Bulls

A doctor on ESPN Radio says that if the injury is similar to Kobe's, it would take 4-6 weeks to recover from surgery.

On a brighter note, this injury is on his left wrist so he'll just have to manage the pain.

4-6 weeks... He should have the surgery and get it over with

Yea we played Bro & Omer at the same time some last year... Mostly when Noah was coming back to get him some extra run.  They actually played pretty well together.

But my guess is that they start Brewer.

The starting lineup will probably be the same as last night, with Brewer starting at SF.

Looking at the Clippers schedule, they've been damn fortunate up till now. They've had five stretches where they've had two days off in between games. Yeah they have their back-to-back-to-back, and they had another back-to-back, but compared to most teams, they have had it pretty easy.

From now till the ASG though, they're going to be packed.

They have only played 14 games, while most teams have played 18-19 games. And they've had only our games on the road, which is also fewest in the NBA thus far.

February will be interesting for them though.

If we get Lu back at the end of February or early March i will be fine. Making the playoffs wont be an issue, we just gotta be healthy when we get there. This leaves us very thin at the 3 but maybe we will start seeing CJ and Derrick together with Ronnie at the 3, or something like that. This might also get Jimmy some minutes.

It sucks because Loul was playing at an all-star level this year.

I think Jo, O, and Taj would beast together on defense, but the lack of floor spacing on offense would be comical

It's not even Indiana that's the problem..Why would the Magic take Hansborough and not one of their better players like Granger? You're the Magic and you're gonna give up your best player by far, for two players that are nothing more than average offensively? Hibbert and Hansborough combined average like 23 points..The Knicks set the blueprint for jumping the gun and overpaying for a star player, and Magic won't expect any less. Hibbert+Granger is a good move..Hibbert+Hansborough is laughable

With a healthy CP3 and motivated team I like our chances.
