Lol we are done out here.

anything less than a win tonight against Everton and the best we can hope for is 5th place and a Man City ban. Even that’s unlikely with United and Wolves being so relentless. Bruno is filth.

anyways, if you’re a betting man, get your money on Everton to win a penalty tonight. They’ve not hade one all season,so it comes down to the ever obliging Leicester City to change that:lol:

Too many different managers and the phasing out of the traditional 10. Many players think it's a dream come true to go to Real and Barca, but what they don't realize is there is a lot of politics that goes along with it. Hopefully, he gets a chance to prove himself elsewhere.

Yea never felt like Zidane really rated or trusted him like that from the offset but
good shout about the traditional no.10 being phased out of the game in favor of more versatile and interchangeable players that can play in multiple positions in attack or MF.

By the time Zizou found his preferred XI, Kroos and Modric were doing a good enough job in MF connecting the midfield and attack that they didn't really need a true no.10. Kind of why it feels like Isco's also lost his place as well.

The 2 clubs still have a lot of pull but yea with all the internal politics surrounding them, it's a whole different kind of pressure and scrutiny that players face when they join them and club dynamics can change quite quickly and drastically.

It's just been a shame since he's not even 30 yet but already looks to have long peaked. At this point a change of scenery is probably what he needs.

Hope he manages to find a good situation in the summer to try to kickstart his career again whether it be in Italy, France or even England. Still think he could be a decent contributor under a solid manager with his skillset and technical ability.

#BringBackSamsung

Honestly would look pretty good with the Samsung logo instead but I'm getting serious Everton vibes from it same way as the away with Crystal Palace

What's your thoughts on this and why do you think pep phased him out of the squad? He was a baller for you guys but for whatever reason he lost PT. Was it just having too much talent and not enough minutes to spread around?

I wouldn’t say he was phased out of the squad he just lost playing time to wingers who where performing more consistently than him. People forget cause it’s been so long since he’s played because of injury but he was very inconsistent at times despite how much he shined. In 17/18 he won young player of the year but sterling was the better and more consistent winger. In 18/19 he was overall great again but Bernardo exploded and was more consistent. He was a great contributor to our success but as far as form goes he wasn’t as reliable to give you a minimum 7/10 like Bernardo and sterling had a better chance to give you the last two years. There where just simply others on the wings who where performing better and most importantly more consistently every match

The Chelsea three sponsor really isn’t that bad aside from the fact it gives every player (except Marcos Alonso, who I assume loves the new sponsor) two kit numbers

That'd be a real nasty looking attack in Turin if he joined...

Smart locking up Saka, still not sure how there aren't more clubs in for Partey though...

Would have him in a heartbeat

Would love to see him head back to aa top 3 league but I'd be sick if he came back to England for Arsenal

Honestly forgot he was in Rome

They say Woodward's already made the decision to activate the extra year club option on his deal and that an extension is looking more likely than it's ever been right now :pimp:

Who knew surrounding good players with other good players was a recipe for success? Wild

Pogba is happy at Man U...Go figure they put him in the midfield with another Stud and not Fred...or Mctominay or Mata...or Matic or Lingard or Pereria
Mason Greenwood appears to be the goods. I love his game at his young age

Yea it's not hard to see why he'd be happier when he doesn't have to be the only creative outlet in the team with every defenders eyes on him because of that

Always thought he'd be glad to stick around if it looked like the club were trying to fulfill the vision they pitched to him of coming back and challenging for silverware. He's looked like the Pogba we see for France controlling the game/tempo since the restart began, being real comfortable and collected in midfield knowing he has another creative player that he trusts who can also score and create goals.

Defenders yesterday didn't know what to do on the backfoot having the likes of Brogba and Tone,Rash and Mase all capable of hurting them which allowed them all a lot of space to operate in instead of them being able to focus on shutting down 1 player and neutering the attack in the process.

A lot of these wins against lesser squads should be expected for United but in recent years those have been the hardest games  :smh:, been hard to break down these sides that sit at the back all game long but with Pogba and Bruno they're able to unlock those defenses and help create goals against the teams they've been dropping easy points to for years.

Mason Greenwood appears to be the goods. I love his game at his young age

On Greenwood, it's crazy how Fergie rarely had a top attacking talent come through the academy during his last 15-20 years and now in the span of 4-5 years there's been 2 genuine talents in Rash and Mase coming through

As good as Rash was early, I think Mase has an even more refined and polished game at a younger age. He was scoring goals for fun at the academy level so a lot was expected when Ole announced that he'd be part of the first team before the season but even the most idealistic fans didn't expect him to have 20 G+A contributions in his first full senior season

He was always really gifted and skilled technically before the lockdown but he could sometimes get taken out of the game by being bullied physically but he actually bulked up a bit and gained some muscle during the break to fill out his frame so he's come back looking a lot more ready and capable to challenge Prem defenders constantly now.

Been looking like the best United academy product since Pogba and his finishing ability is already either no.1 or no.2 at the club with Martial. Looks like an RVP regen at times with some of these bottom corner finishes he makes look so easy

it's crazy to think he's only 18 and might only get better. Ole definitely deserves some credit for the way he''s been handling his development and letting him come through at his own pace instead of forcing it.

here’s a pic of courtois penalty save lmao
But ter is literally 3 inches off the line and it gets retaken. No one is complaining about var or the rule it’s just that var is only benefiting Real Madrid. It’s crazy they are only a couple of points ahead

Him signing a new long term deal is great news. 10 assists and 3 goals, great for a debut season. The potential is there. We have a good group of youngsters, need to see more from Willock and Nelson. Willock needs more PT and more of a defined role to develop more. Nelson as well, but he seems to have stagnated a bit. Guendouzi needs to get his head out of his *** tho.

Would anyone REALLY be surprised?

I’ve been saying this for weeks, but since this thread is full of Madridistas and Manchester United fans (who are closet Madridistas) my posts get buried in content about Bruno or how Flo is such an innovative club boss (if paying refs is considered innovative then sure, the man is practically Steve Jobs).

 @ the thread being closet Madridistas like they weren't catching slander all last season and most of the prior season

The officiating's gotten called out enough times both ways and Real's caught a lot of the same breaks this season that Barca used to during the UEFAlona days

Don't think its some grand conspiracy, just officiating overall tends to be trash in most sports everywhere.

Rival fans used to make up conspiracies about Fergie and refs when he was dominating the league and now rival fans banter about LiVARpool , comes with the territory

I haven't seen anyone talk about the phantom penalty call messi got against Leganes messi stepping on somebody's leg last week, Llorente's penalty call

Multiple pens not given throughout the season

Players infringing on penalties, by both teams

Another missed call

The correct call

Either have a problem with all of it or none of it, can't pick and choose when to be the morality police

Yea that's my whole point

A little disingenuous getting outraged over one side benefiting from bad calls in defense of another side that's also benefited from questionable officiating for years too

Like the great Uncle Shay Sharpe loves to say, 2 things can be true at the same time regardless of biases.

You can bend just about every questionable call to suit any agenda

You’re acting like Barça haven’t been trash tho.

Let’s get real here. Yea RM have gotten some calls but let’s not act like Barça don’t. For years both these clubs have gotten calls. That’s the way its always been.
