If I’m PSG, in the event Mbappe leaves I see if I can finesse a loan for CR7 while I wait for a more long term replacement. Maybe my judgment is clouded by the footy fan in me wanting to see Messi and Ronaldo (along with Ramos and Neymar) in the same squad. It would be something out of a dream. But I think it’d be good on a footballing, marketability, economic, and historic level for PSG.

Bringing Cech back is a blessing move. Took over Michael Emenalo's position

After Emenalo's resignation, CFC's transfer moves went awful. Wasted a lot of money on mediocre players

United should be all over the Saul loan deal.. very little risk for a player that probably just needs a fresh start in a team that actually plays to his attributes.

Or you guys can try to get Ronaldo man. Exchange Hazard for Ronaldo, Juve might bite. Have you seen the dumb trades Juve have made the last couple years?

Then you have three super teams in the CL.

PSG (Messi, Neymar, Ramos)
RM (Benz, Mbappe, CR7)
Barça (Sérgio Roberto, Eric Garcia, Braithwait)

That’s way better for the sport of football.

That front line is going to cut it for this year bro. Every other team got better.

BUT the GREAT news tho…….Man City are absolutely back in the Haaland race. To me that’s way more important.
Tbh I’m perfectly cool with that front line this year, we won the league doing similar last year so we should still at the least be competitive. Either way long as pep puts his feelings aside about Riola and we go all out for Halaand next summer it’ll be worth it

I doubt Levy will ever get an offer like 150m for Kane again but I guess he won in the eyes of the English press who are waxing lyrical about how he's the toughest negotiator and one of the most powerful men in English footy now  >D

Kane and his people played themselves big time and only managed to lose a lot of goodwill for it, nothing else positive

got dunked on all summer by managers and players not wanting to go there but kept the guy who couldn't leave. what a tactician.

I wonder if it has something with the de Gea situation. Wasn't he on the final year of his contract that time?
He was but a deal was on the cards that summer and Navas would've gone the other way.

He ended up signing a new contract not long after it fell through

Winter window is 130 days. Save yourself 200mil and just pack it in for 4 months. Mindboggling.

Monaco’s fee has nothing to do with Real, it’s a stupid thing for PSG to try bringing into the negotiation.

My thinking is Perez offered 160 expecting a counter of 200, then meet in the middle at 180

I’ve also gotta say if someone like Raiola were Mbappe’s agent he’d prob advise him to just run out his contract on the dream team in Paris then demand an absurd signing bonus since the club wouldn’t have to pay fee. Mbappe isn’t an idiot he knows he can go to the highest bidder in this fashion too. But seems he just wants to play for Real

If PSG don’t accept, with Mbappe seemingly falling out with PSG higher ups and being boo’d by fans (which could only get worse) Real can just wait 4 months for a pre-contract. I’d take my chances if PSG acts stupid in negotiations.

Yea its been getting reported that one of the reasons for the increased urgency to get a move this summer, even after Messi joined them, is because of the diminishing relationship between him and French footy fans after the Euros.

Apparently him and his fam have been regularly getting heckled out and about since then and since the news of him not wanting to renew broke. His relationship[ with the club too is apparently getting worse since they've gone all out to build the best team in Europe and he still doesn't wanna extend.

Probably feels its best for him and his circle to get a fresh start right now after achieving everything he could in France already outside of a CL title. He'll get worshipped from day 1 in Madrid and Spain as the new face of La Liga compared to being part of a supporting cast in Paris now that they have Messi.

I’ll never understand Kane having a verbal agreement when the EPL allows you to have a release clause and at the time he renewed he was already too big for Spurs.

Ligue 1 on the other hand explicitly bans release clauses, and you have to go by these sorts of “gentlemen’s agreements.” Which reports say that Mbappe has with PSG if RM come knocking.
