In those clips Scottie and Kenny are acting like guys used to play thru non stop contact and you could just hold guys all game long or for an entire possession. Why would I listen to interviews of guys TALKING about what it was when I can clearly see with my own eyes that they're off base. This is 10 years before the reemphasis on hand checking. MJ doesn't even get touched not once without a foul being called

I think great athletes are great athletes.
I think great athletes from 50s-60-s 70s, 80's 90's 00's to now could play in any era.
but
i think training, technology, population growth, improvements in living standards have made the median player to benchwarmers much better tho.

quick google search looks like he had his best season as a sixer in 94-95
Looks like he was an all around PG though, avg 20 pts that season with 7.5 A even avg 3 boards that season
