Clara is a real white woman. She is getting no signs of a legit I love you or even a forced one for the upcoming year and is getting zero sex but she already in it for the long haul committed to the marriage despite her fears and dissatisfaction.

She already moved in and got plans. She's going to make the marriage work

This Ryan dude is just weird to me. I don't get him and can't figure him out. It wouldn't suffice to just call him a weirdo. Like suspected of being a virgin aside I almost want to say the way he's moving he's purposely not giving the cameras any of his personality ot any info. He talks like he's giving rehearsed job interview answers.

It's a little similar to Zack but he doesn't talk so much that you realize he saying a whole lot of nothing. Ryan talks just enough without making any clear cut decisions or statements just vague confirmations. Like we're aware the marriage is going well according to him but I wouldn't bet on him saying yes on decision day.
All. Of. This. The silences are so awkward that you can tell he’s not being genuine and they’re occurring because he doesn’t have anything scripted in his mind. And whenever asked a question by a fellow participant or producer, he gives that politician responses that technically answers the question but doesn’t leave you with any more information than you had before you asked.

Based on that, I could see him being “different” on camera but based on what Clara is saying and how she’s acting, **** ain’t much better off camera so maybe that’s just how he is for the most part?

The more I think about it, they’re not going to say no unless something catastrophic happens. She’s moving a box or two DAILY. He set up the deck the way she wanted. She mentioned beginning to move aggressively and new furniture sets....and he was it hit. Homeboy can’t say no after all that unless it’s major

As I predicted for the past week - Chris pissed me off before the first commercial break  On god - frshstunna frshstunna if we run into dude when I’m in the A, ima smack fire outta him. Anyway, analysis below

Ryan and Clara
  • Clara moving in?!? Reorganizing and demanding new furniture already?!? Sheesh.
  • Ryan almost takes pride in the fact that he’s never told a girl he loved her. He’s weird.
  • He called her “pal” He is truly fumbling the bag. She’s DYING for him to ravage her guts and he’s being all awkward. He’s definitely a virgin.
  • “If you don’t say I love you within 6 months I’m out”...*next scene*...”I don’t want him to feel like he has to say I love you”
  • Ryan always says “Sure, I think we’re working toward it” or “For sure we’re working on it.” So uninspiring
  • I say this almost every week but I’ve never seen anyone in real life, or even TV tbh, with that cut. Paired with that Wilt Chamberlain beard  It’s gross.
Paige and Chris
  • As predicted, before Paige even arrived, Chris’ handles, layup package and jumper in the empty gym all looked SUS
  • Giving her one point? Some RNS would be spotting her 4 in a game to 5 but he didn’t want that smoke. BAN.
  • This dude had the audacity to go mad hard to rip her off a post-up? Making noises with each cross and through the legs like he’s getting D’d up by Prime Tony Allen. FOH
  • Briana basically called Chris a punk *** ***** in her side interview during that girls outing  I’m glad they’re putting the battery in her back, though
  • This ***** be bringing over chicken boxes and taking her out to hoop and play pool like she’s one of the guys
  • Bro talmbout “I was calling you to hang out” like she’s a buss-it-baby from Tinder then has the nerve to say “I don’t think we’re doing a good job of being spouses” This is the most intense gaslighting I’ve ever seen. He’s sick, man.
  • “There’s no connection”....“I’m gone”...”We’re at a dead end”...Lowkey exposing her off the camera actions :wow: :wow:
  • Damn, they officially ended it :wow: :wow:
Haley and Jacob
  • I wonder if Haley broke Shay off to rig the chart reading :nerd
  • My guy was hurt when he did the rewind in his mind on that kiss
  • She’s talmbout a bond before he’s touching on her....as if she didn’t sign up to marry a stranger :smh
  • She limited him to one hug a day :wow:
  • He keeps calling her out and she never denies anything he says then hits the crocodile tears in her side interviews. She is fooling no one
Vincent and Briana
  • Champagne Vinny is teflon in my eyes. Future participants need to take note.
  • No type of airtime for them this week (although it’s usually low) :smh:Probably because the lack of drama
Erik and Virginia
  • Of course the first scene of the picnic is Virginia pouring up :smh::lol:
  • Erik is making a lot of sense about the living situation. Virginia probably doesn’t want to move in because she’s still trying to get her mambs (man yambs) on the side
  • Erik stunting with the Shelby Cobra and hangar :pimp:
  • Won’t front - he’s right up there with Vinny in terms of being bulletproof
  • OF COURSE she wanted to go straight to the champagne
  • The gift exchange was awkward
After this week and next week’s preview, I’m sold on Champagne Vinny/Briana then still waiting on Ryan/Clara and Erik/Virginia. Those two are too close to call right now and will truly come down to the wire IMO. I would have said yes to Erik/Virginia but it looks like they have a game changing fight next week so I’m going to wait.

1/5
1/5 def in play this season ...If they taking bets I would take the odds on that and hedge it with a Chris wearing some type of Hollister to the reunion show bet

They even gon have a retreat episode? It’s basically only 3 couples left and you know MAGA and VA will be drunk the whole time on that getaway so they’ll be useless

Nah, you know Chris is going to wear one of his two suits on the reunion. I’d take that bet  I’m not sure about the retreat episode, I totally forgot about those but they had them in all the other recent seasons so I would think this would be no different.

I wonder if Chris and Paige even show up. If you peep the preview for next week, he told a woman in his family or a home girl about the situation and she was like “YOU’RE GETTING A DIVORCE?!?!” He’s clearly lying to her about what’s been going on or she just has no clue because their situation has been a mess

Oh yeah, by the way fellas - tonight there’s an hour long special tonight called MAFS - The Journey So Far. The description says “A panel of media experts discusses the first half of the Atlanta season and predicts which couples will stay together or get divorced on Decision Day.” It’s moderated by Kevin Frazier and it looks like there were some clips from cast members too. I DVR’d it for the culture

That’s one nasty attempt by Chris to spin it. I called you mad times and my needs aren’t being met. Hahahahaahhaha, ***** please. You’re different off camera. The amount of damage control this fool is trying to do. 10000000% moron.

Paige is also an idiot so I don’t feel bad.

Chris wearing some trash Champion shorts and trash Famous Footwear Nike’s trying to cross somebody was pathetic.

I was dying when I seen ol boy wearing a Rocnation hat. Maybe he saw the colors and thought it was a USA or MAGA hat.

The other MAGA had me dying talking about she needs to move in. He was right but he went about it wrong.

This boy is sensitive

And it's extra funny cuz the ppl trying to send shots look crazy on the show too.

Dudes really getting salty at the 30 min of Unfiltered before the actual show

The man was CLEARLY typing with his shirt off. Man was pounding the keyboard so furiously by the third one he had mad typos that he didn’t even correct

So to be clear - the old *** boots/fake *** pool comments were about Jake, right? And the AA Club comments...was that about Virginia? Just want to make sure I have my slander straight

Chris’ IG made me forget to mention this is a quality post. I’m glad someone else was equally as disgusted with Chris’ whole hoop flow. He stays trying to look/act the part and like he’s doing it but he falls short every time.

Hoopin - Champion x Famous Footwear Nikes x No Sauce x Trash Layup Package

Pool - Talked mad **** saying “Ladies First, you’re not going to get the shoot again anyway” then proceeds to have a game that goes down the wire

Suits - Always rocks the same two boxy suits and you can tell the quality is sus

“Bought my BM a grand new Benz” - Ends up being a CLA

Fits - Hollister Enough said.

His whole existence belongs in the “Fools Wildin Thinking They Doing It” Thread :smh:

I think Clara sees a different side of Ryan off camera that makes her comfortable enough to move her stuff in. It is strange he keeps saying he’s never said I love you to anyone. It’s gonna be really great or really annoying for Clara to be his first ILY at his big age. That haircut is probably one of the worst things I’ve seen on tv. I’m genuinely confused by it. He looks like a 4 year old.

Paige had every chance to end it and she let him be the one to break up with her. :rolleyes And THEN she let them convince her to watch that dumb *** wedding video after it was over. I would’ve told them kiss my *** on that. **** I look like watching a video of a marriage that is over and I let him end it with me after he was a compete ******* the entire time.

I like that Jake keeps pressing Hailey. Rarely are women taken to task like that. If she can’t even hug him without a sigh just end it. I don’t know what she wants to pretend she’s trying. He should stop trying & fall back. She has the upper hand cuz he keeps trying. She’s probably turned off by it.

I don’t understand why VA is against living with Erik. She wants to wait until his house is sold and then they find a new house to buy and then move in with vs just living to his place till it’s sold? Her reason with the dog and whatever else didn’t make much sense to me. Their gifts were terrible but they both equally give bad gifts so it works. I don’t care about them tho. I don’t like looking at them.

This stood out to me but if we’re going to keep it 100, I’m pretty sure she doesn’t want to live there with him because that’s where he lived with his ex-wife. That’s the only thing that makes sense to me. She probably just doesn’t want to say it because it’ll make her look insecure and he can argue that point pretty easily.

It’s kind of ****** up and doesn’t make sense for a married couple as well tbh. Especially if he’s going to be the one putting the money down.

That reminds me...we haven’t had a season where finances came up since Michael/Meka, right?

Finances happened with Brett and Olivia last szn which imo was basically their immediate breaking point

I think outside of realizing she is marrying into MAGA traditions VA is being resistant because she is coming to terms that her lifestyle has to change for Marriage. She is Jeulz'n and giving excuses

I'll give points on this for Paige, even though she doesn't seem to follow it all the way herself. Some ppl fall in love with the idea of being married and that can lead you astray. VA seems to be in that slot and her initial attraction to MAGA is carrying her up until this point when she decides to really be down or not

How the hell could I forget Brett and Olivia? I guess I just scrubbed them out of my mind completely because I remembered every other couple but them  Agreed about VA not being ready to be about that marriage life.

I actually think Paige in the last episode Paige said something to the effect of “I think I fell in love with the idea of marriage to the point that I didn’t care as much about falling in love with the person I was married to.” which is kind of the whole point of MAFS if you think about it  But I do agree with you about VA basically being in that category. She wants to be married but she also still wants to wild out and I think she felt she would find a hubby that would let her do that

They tend to do the finances talk with every couple every season. Thing is sometimes its just not as big a deal when both spouses sort of come in to it agreeing they'll do their share.

Sometimes you'll get somebody not in to it for other reasons so it wont even get that far like with Matt or Zack or some other failed marriages from early seasons. Jasmine for instance was expecting Will to be the sole provider in the marriage so she wouldn't pay for anything.

It seems the show providing a home fir the duration is actually getting in the way of VA and Erik

Yeah, my question was poorly phrased. I meant like finance arguments to the point it was damn near a non-starter as we saw with Brett/Olivia, Will/Jasmine, etc. But you’re right, there is usually a conversation (or at least there was last season) where Pastor Cal brings it up. It usually comes up for at least one couple by now (1 month in). Closest we have is the Erik/VA situation.

Do you think the mandatory lodging is getting in the way because otherwise she would have moved into his crib and like stayed after the two months? If so, that makes sense but she’s still being weird about it. Financially, it makes zero sense especially for a MARRIED couple. At least Clara and Ryan got that right.

The reason why its not a big deal with the other couples is cuz they've discussed it and agreed; Vinny and Briana, Clara and Ryan, etc.

Before they were given housing, the next two weeks after the honeymoon was usually the couple deciding where they would live and go house hunting together or move in one of their homes. Providing housing probably gives some the idea if playing house and they may not take whats suppose to happen afterwards as serious.

Got it, so we’re basically thinking the same thing in that regard  Only legs VA should to stand on are “I have this lease and I can’t get out of it.” Even with that there’s usually wiggle room or she could potentially a sublet. I forget her living situation. Pastor Cal will get to the bottom of it but I’m thinking it’s because he lived there with the ex.

Another interesting observation....previous seasons are roughly 16 episodes + a reunion. We’re already at episode 11 at the one month mark. Usually that’s around episode 9 or 10. So we’re either going to get 17-18 episodes + a reunion or **** is about to be crammed in.
