Unmatchables was okay. I gave the first episode of shot but I don't think I'll keep watching. I know that girl Ashli though, have some mutual friends and Ive hung out with her. Didn't know she liked the fart like that.
The highlight of the show was pastor Cal at the barber shop. What exactly are they cutting, my guy?

I like how they completely took Paige and Chris out of it. I wonder if they're still getting paid seeing as they only lasted for about half the season.
Vinny is a funny dude. Seems like a good, genuine guy who cares about his wife but when he doesn't want to do something, he really gets in a mood about it. Definitely not the type of guy to try new things or put himself out there. I think his relationship with Brianna is solid though.
Jacob and Haley are hilarious because they're in that stage of a relationship where they hate each other and they're just taking passive aggressive jabs at one another. Jacob just took his steak and left in the middle of the night. It's really like that, my guy? Can't even tell anyone you're leaving?
I think that Ryan and Clara will make it. You can tell by the way they interact with one another. Still playful and affectionate. He still has his goofy hang ups about sex but I do think he cares about Clara and wants to be a good husband.
MAGA Erik definitely seems like the type of guy who would beat his wife if the cameras weren't there. He keeps talking down to her and tries to talk under his breath. Definitely the type of machismo dude who cares about his image and doesn't want to look bad on TV. I used to think that they would make it but I don't think so anymore.

Iâm ready for this season to be over.
Erik saying he didnât like whatever VA said on camera was kinda scary cuz it makes everyone wonder whatâs happening off camera or when the show is over. VA and the cat thing was so dumb. She really expects some man to possibly take allergy medication the rest of his life so her cats can sleep in his bed? FOH Sheâs still not sure if theyâre gonna last so sheâs holding onto her place as her out.

I donât think we ever talked about this but when the hell was this filmed? No one ever seems to be wearing masks and there havenât been many COVID mentions when it was a whole thing in the NOLA season. Seems like itâs summer 2020 based on VAâs lease ending in January and her saying Erik has 4 months to rent out his place. However, Erik is a pilot and Clara is a flight attendant so work should have been slow at that time. Weird.
Anyway, onto last nights epi...
Haley and Jacob should be kicked off the show at this point. They are trying to more to out-petty each other way more than make the relationship work. Itâs even worse that Haley is spinning this into her being the victim

Glad Vinny rode the horse because Itâs really not that bad. To be honest, I think he was largely upset because he didnât have input. As soon as you say âWe wonât be fighting because of meâ, you are 100% going to start a fight I somewhat understand his point-of-view that he defends by saying theyâre married but bruh you met less than two months ago. RELAX. Theyâre having long-term relationship type fights. VA saying âI might not like him but I definitely love himâ this early on is also a bad sign. For as controlling as he is, her unwillingness to budge on anything is just as problematic. This wonât last long but his demeanor and tone seriously concern me.
I know I say this every week but I feel obligated - Ryan is a BAN. Just the way he went up Champagne Vinny like âHey, whatâs up brotherâ had him sounding like a white boy irked me Ryan also made it mad awkward asking about post-Decision Day plans. Not surprised of the lack of Covid mentioned. They had no choice last szn to focus on it since it was the beginning and it drastically changed everything from the couples to production

I figured that was the case. I guess with a bunch of shows returning Iâve just been more observant (and critical) of how COVID is/isnât addressed
They probably got tested off camera but with the wedding, vacation, activities, etc. it seems like that would be a little to of testing.

I will say the weddings were extra light and spaced out than usual from what I remember this szn. I don't think any of the husbands had a physical greeting with the mother in law like they sometimes do that's about as cautious of as I can think production tookI figured that was the case. I think ATL was planned before Covid. They just got lucky with that. Thatâs why the honeymoon was in Vegas and not out the country like usual. If you look at their outings employees are always wearing masks. Iâm sure the cast and crew are tested often. Just because of Union filming requirements.
If Erik and Clara donât have much seniority they may still be required to fly but also many airlines offered leave programs to trim staff so itâs possible at least Clara is on leave. I know Erik has gone to work a few times.

I am so proud of each and every one of the contestants this season. I feel like a kid again watching Chris "Money" Jordan invent new ways to be a scumbag.
1. If not for Money on this season, Haley would be this year's scumbag. She's a joke and a clown. She has the personality of stale bread and is a scumbag.
2. Paige is a CLOWN
that won't take personal responsibility. Money is da GOAT scumbag but yet we have to see her week after week saying what marriage means and giving advice to other couples is a joke. She must be extremely broke to put up with Money and his gaslighting. Other people have called it quits and got less airtime than she has.
3. Erik is MAGA and he stormed the Capitol. Sick of how dude yaps about his experience in life when he speaks to Virgina. Like Paulie Walnuts on the Sopranos said in the intervention episode, "Great, so weâre taking advice from a two time loser.â Erik is the last one that should be giving marital advice. He failed one marriage so he thinks he can yap about what it takes. He's a joke.
4. Virginia needs to get to an AA meeting ASAP. The alcohol is killing her and she clearly uses it to cope with her emotional problems. How is she the youngest contestant but looks older than everyone?
