Elam is creating a damn circus.

I won't believe a word he says til he is actually seen on a campus and attended a class.

What's the word on Dorsey and qualifying
nerd.gif
, how these dudes can't graduate high school and get a score baffles me.

Does Troy have a white player with dreads. Awaiting confirmation.
Yes they do. I've seen dude a couple times, he looks like a clown

If I ain't mistaken, Troy lost their bowl game last year on a blocked kick. Crazy stuff.

Dorsey I haven't heard anything new yet.

Can't wait for the 'No Fly Zone' to come to Gainesville. If Urban closes strong this defensive class has the potential to be something amazing.

Really? He came out and said OSU was his leader. I'm still hearing that this one will come to UC and OSU, with UC still having a great shot at him. AfterSeantrel commits to OSU he may be UC's. Latwan Anderson playing well too.

And I see Carlos Hyde made it up to OSU finally.

Great for him.

Yeah...he's supposedly really struggling. I haven't really paid too much attention to his recruitment. He seems to keep things prettyclose to the vest.

If Ohio State could close out w/ him and Seantrel...

Hicks to Texas? Someone said he was flashing the "hook 'em" sign at the UA game.

Latwan Anderson
...is a freakin' beast/ball hawk.

Kid has a chance to be the best safety at tOSU since Mike Doss if he keeps his head in gear IMO (I saw both of them play in HS multiple times).

Yeah...a lot of smoke about him heading to WVU.

He practically begged for an Ohio State offer when more classroom work needed to be done...Ginn Sr. went to bat for him and Ohio State offered. Grades got tobe an issue if he doesn't come to Columbus.

If he can qualify, he is a Buckeye. PERIOD. If not, he'll be a Mountaineer.

Ted Ginn Sr. ALWAYS has his best players wait until the very end to sign, hoping for the rest of his squad to get looks/offers from smaller programs (whichusually always works).

It seems like Ginn is pushing Latwan towards O$U, but he is a @%@!++ animal. UC had a good shot at him while Kelly was there but it looks like they fell outthe picture. I think he ends up at WVU that transcript supposedly isn't good at all.

James has played everything close to vest, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him end up at ND. He's a catholic school kid too.

And I think Hicks is still Texas' to lose. He's not an Ohio kid he won't end up at OSU that's for sure with him.

Awwww man, the FSU boards are disgusting right now due to this Matt Elam s-

If/when Elam goes back to UF, hopefully that opens up a spot for Deering. Really regardless if we land Elam or not, I hope we land Deering.

Back to Mark Richt and his never ending DC search...

Looks like he will make one more run at Kirby Smart this weekend. Smart will get a raise and stay at Alabama.

After that, the guy left seems to be the Cowboys' D-Line coach. *Kanye shrug*

SAN ANTONIO --- Sharrif Floyd believes he'll surprise people when he announces his collegiate decision Saturday during the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

"I do know my decision and I think a lot of people are going to be shocked by my decision," Floyd said. "I can't wait. There's a lot of weight that's going to be taken off my shoulders once I [announce]. I can talk about my school and I can sit back, relax, and finish my high school career."
Floyd, a 6-foot-2, 304-pound defensive tackle from Philadelphia (Pa.) Washington, will announce between Florida, North Carolina, Ohio State, and South Carolina.

"Really [what separated my final school] was just where I was comfortable at, where I experienced the most at, and where I think I can build from," Floyd said.

Floyd has officially visited each of his finalists, with the exception of South Carolina. He says that doesn't put the Gamecocks at a disadvantage.

"I went to see Florida way in the beginning and the same amount of time I spent there, I spent at South Carolina," Floyd said.

Knowing that his decision has been made hasn't stopped Floyd's four finalists from continuing to recruit him.

"Every one of them is still recruiting me hard," Floyd said. "They're not giving up. They're calling me every day. They want to know what's going on. They want to know how's practice. I can say the group that I'm going to choose from, they really care."

John Blake, UNC's defensive line coach, is recruiting Floyd for the Tar Heels.

"[Blake] and I have a great relationship," Floyd said. "We talk on a daily basis. When we talk, we just bust it up - we just have fun. It's not always about football."

However, when naming the coach he has the best relationship with, Floyd claims there's a tie between an assistant at Ohio State and Florida.

"Coach [Darrell] Hazell and I talk a lot and Coach [Steve] Addazio is right there next to him," Floyd said. "Out of them two I'd say I've got a real big bond."

Floyd says he has faced very little recruiting from his U.S. Army All-American teammates. However, he has already begun to recruit for his school. For obvious reasons, he wouldn't reveal who he's been recruiting.

Outside of his announcement, Floyd's focus this week has been on his schoolwork and putting on a show during the game Saturday.

"I'm working hard," Floyd said. "I'm working to be captain of the team and possibly win MVP of the game."

Floyd will start for the East squad at defensive tackle. He figures to line up at both three- and two-technique throughout the game.

"They are basically using me to stop the run and rush the passer," Floyd said.

that's certainly not the case. Coach ginn got him that offer but it was bc anderson wanted it. Coach ginn doesn't get enough credit for what he doesfor the community of cleveland and obviously for his players.
he doesn't push them towards ohio st. I can promise you that.

Lol sorry I meant to say I dont think Gardner will be in early and that the same thing happened to M. Rob, in that he did a bunch of extra stuff over the summer but won't be in early as well.
Naw, DG has cleared everything he needed to clear with both UM and the NCAA as far as enrolling early is concerned according to the Michigan scout insiders board. His HS just won't release him at the moment.

M. Rob hasn't been a serious early enroll candidate for a while now...there are still some questions about him just qualifying. Word is that he should be good though.

More bad news. Tony Drake and Adrian Witty didn't qualify.
smh.gif

Witty could impact Denard's future in AA because supposedly they are BOYS. Witty had his bags packed ready to come up and live with D-Rob. All bad right now.
smh.gif

Inkster needs to let that boy go, I want him to have a fair chance at taking the starting spot. DG is the future of this program. Not that I dont think Tatecould be a great QB, it's more of a testament to DG's ability. I think he could seriously win the Heisman before it's all said and done in thatsystem, crazy stats will be put up.

Kinda dissapointed that MRob isn't coming in early, thought he would have the chance to come in and compete for a starting spot as well. And any help onthe defensive side of the ball right now is much needed.

Not too worried about Tony Drake failing to qualify, didn't think he was every going to see much playing time and it opens up a scholarship. I gotconfidence that RR is gonna make some crazy %!%* happen in the next month. However I was looking forward to seeing what Witty was about, dude can fly.

"Learned this morning from a Darlington booster and good friend of Nance family, that Da'Rick is strongly considering switching to TN. TN made offer of taking Nance if Rogers is part of the deal. Family really wants a top D1 school for their son. This family took in Da'Rick, raised him through high school and the two boys are really close. Sorry. Booster would not be suprised if we lost him this weekend."

Does Nance have a legit shot of getting ANY real PT @ UT?

If not, I don't understand the parents insisting on going to a major D1 college if thier kid isn't major D1 material.

But again, I don't know much about this Nance kid.
