100,000 Fish Die In Arkansas After 5,000 Dead Birds (UPDATE) 2 Million Fish Dead In Maryland

leading up to 2012

What is interesting is that it is generally a singular species of animal that is dying at different occasions. It was just 5000 blackbirds, 100,000 drum fish, etc. Either some ecological changes are deeming them unfit to survive or something/someone else is just targetting the specific species. I am actually hoping for the former because if the latter is true, then any group/subgroup of animals can be targetted.

Everybody saying HAARP, can you please elaborate as to what the hell HAARP is and what they're doing? Thanks.

in places like Louisiana? It could be. But there's no way that the oil spill has reached the aquifers of land locked places. Not yet.

Although if the oil war that'll happen in 70-100 years doesn't kill us all, best believe the contamination of aquifers from all that oil will.

BP did a lot to clean up that mess, but best believe that it still had irreversible effects on the ecosystem.

RIP earth. it's been real.

that's what i'm thinking about. why was it so specific?

High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program " A Premier Facility for the Study of Ionospheric Physics and Radio Science"
HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.
The HAARP program is committed to developing a world class ionospheric research facility consisting of:
  • The Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high power transmitter facility operating in the High Frequency (HF) range. The IRI will be used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere for scientific study.
  • A sophisticated suite of scientific (or diagnostic) instruments that will be used to observe the physical processes that occur in the excited region.
Observation of the processes resulting from the use of the IRI in a controlled manner will allow scientists to better understand processes that occur continuously under the natural stimulation of the sun.
Scientific instruments installed at the HAARP Observatory will be useful for a variety of continuing research efforts which do not involve the use of the IRI but are strictly passive. Among these studies include ionospheric characterization using satellite beacons, telescopic observation of the fine structure in the aurora, and documentation of long-term variations in the ozone layer.

The HAARP Ionospheric Research facility will be a major Arctic facility for conducting upper atmospheric research. The facility will consist of two essential parts:
  1. A high power transmitter and antenna array operating in the High Frequency (HF) range. The transmitter is capable of delivering up to 3.6 million Watts to an antenna system consisting of 180 crossed dipole antennas arranged as a rectangular, planar array.
  2. A complete and extensive set of scientific instruments for observation of both the background auroral ionosphere and of the effects produced during active research using the transmitter system. Output from these instruments is readily available world-wide in near real time over the internet.
During active ionospheric research, the signal generated by the transmitter system is delivered to the antenna array, transmitted in an upward direction, and is partially absorbed, at an altitude between 100 to 350 km (depending on operating frequency), in a small volume a few hundred meters thick and a few tens of kilometers in diameter over the site. The intensity of the HF signal in the ionosphere is less than 3 microwatts per cm[sup]2[/sup], tens of thousands of times less than the Sun's natural electromagnetic radiation reaching the earth and hundreds of times less than even the normal random variations in intensity of the Sun's natural ultraviolet (UV) energy which creates the ionosphere. The small effects that are produced, however, can be observed with the sensitive scientific instruments installed at the HAARP facility and these observations can provide new information about the dynamics of plasmas and new insight into the processes of solar-terrestrial interactions.

Initial talks of the machine went under Star Wars defense packages to stave off ICBM's by creating a plasma shield out of the ionosphere by focus heat radio waves and the reaction between air dispersant and chemicals present in ionosphere.

Similar to technology used in Batman Begins which used focuses microwaves to evaporate an enemies water supply. Same technology, different scale and application.

The issue with animals is that these types of technologies along with all the other negative radiation frequencies present could be causing a disturbance in levels of eco systems people are not aware of, or science has not given credit to yet.  This is along the lines of what was said to be the cause of bee shortages a few years back...
