Soo, what pic did he post to get himself banned?

I think he posted that Gianna and Pinky were coming outta retirement and his sources confirmed it. He posted a naked boob pic claiming it was from their upcoming DVD.

Bigj505 unfortunately found out he just cropped pic from a old OB shoot. Then JM confirmed.

So he had to get banned for posting false x-rated info and pics

He didn't come up with that pantones theory ......the order in which the color code was posted had people photoshopping or posting a sample like that long before a picture was brung up.....

to his credit, he did drop a hint that a different XI was dropping tho he didn't mention the color or anything. he also called JM and kixandthecity liars by saying someone made up the color so they style number was fake too.

classic him... no concrete info but enough to have people glorifying him.

"we" didn't do anything. he just kept bsing with other stuff that pretty much caused things to snowball. ive always maintained he hints a solid stuff but, as you already admitted, he also misleads which is an issue.

and to be honest, I have seen him jump the gun on stuff so quick, ie stuff from ig, just so he can be the 1st to post such info that hes posted customs, trying to pass them off as the next release. here is a snippet of a thread he created last year. my comments about his validity weren't out of left field and I don't usually come at members that post "credible" info. he could have very well seen a pic of the pantones online somewhere but not known the details then came in here with his comments. 100% credible people are generally consistent and don't post customs as a new release.

Bottom line, there is a right way to do things and a wrong way to do things.

The way JM operates and drops info is a double edge sword. You were thankful for the info, at the same time you want more. He only gives us enough rope.
With KCMO, he uses the shotgun theory. Some will be on target, some won't.

Good reliable info is all we want. Little said is actually more.

At the the end of the day something's gonna drop or it's not. I hate knowing it's coming a full year in advance all it does is build hype. I miss the days of you don't even know what the new Jordan's look like till close to release. Breaking news on retros this early just creates a snowball effect of hype that builds up until release day then we have havoc and people buying kicks who normally wouldn't even bother.

at Kam getting the lock out...

Honestly though the guy had so many different stories as to where he got his info it was starting to become hard to keep up...If I remember correctly initially he was saying it was his brother in law who worked for JB...That changed to him (Kam) currently working for or formerly working - interning for JB / Nike...Then I think last I read he posted that he was going to opening up a sneaker store...

I don't doubt some of his stuff was legit...Only problem he had is that for every solid piece of info he dropped he threw about a dozen pieces of hearsay and speculation...Rhino has it right in that Kam worked with a shotgun when dishing out the info...

Can't 100% put that on Kam though since, for all we know, his "source" was feeding him this BS...

It is what it is however and the wait continues to see if we're getting the "Columbia" XI's the "Pantone" XI's or both...I'd think this Pantone rumor got started right here in this thread though with all the speculation we were throwing out in the early pages...Since JM said we would be getting the XI's that MJ wore in the 96' All Star Game I think that's all the info I need to look at as legit at this point...

That first picture is looking a little corrupt to me and the other pics are pics we got when this sample first surfaced basically. No hard facts on anything right now, for either Columbias or these Pantones. Really hoping something solid clears everything up in regards to which 11 we are getting this year if not both.

yea i put them in the pantone thread. i didnt wanna get rooted out for a wrong thread post.  but thats what kicks on fire, modern notoriety, and sneaker news are saying. holiday 14 pantone

Alot of sites are saying this is a  holiday QS. If that's the case, perhaps we may see something like the Infrared VI & White/Infrared VI release. 

Thinking about it, that would be a W/L situation:

W: More resellers and people focus on the limited Pantone XIs, meanwhile if the Coulmbia's do release, and knowing the JB is making more and more pairs each year, perhaps they might be slightly  easier to cop.

L: Every site crashes or Nike does the exact same thing with Infrared VIs and push them back to a later date

In fairness...lot of people (including me) guessed a long ***** time ago we'd get 14's this year too, and I don't have connections for ****. It was actually pretty easy to deduce. 12's in 2012, 13's in 2013, 14's in 2014. Maybe we finally see 15's next year.

You'll only get dudes hopes up and then they'll be disappointed/impatient/annoying in this thread if it doesn't happen by then. Just let it happen organically, no need to try to put a time frame on something when you really don't know.

All of that said, I'd love to see pics so I can decide whether or not the new XI's shape still bugs me on these so I can scope some originals or 2000's sooner than later.
