united just lost to bayern in penalties, young evans missed- cant be angry with him, it wasnt the greatest match and it seems we still have some strides tomake before we can produce quality football once again.

the anticipation for regular season football to start is killing me

icant wait to see how all these teams pan out.

Please please Xabi dont move. Last year he was on the way out but to raise funds and make way for Barry. It will be a big loss if he leaves and if he does heMascherano must stay. If not the money though could be reinvested in a move for David Silva or someone of his caliber.

glad to see bayern reject the ribery move. atleast someone isn't getting bullied into making a move with real madrid...rm are nazis haha.

anyway...

i dunno if anyone really knows what's going on behind the scenes at arsenal. are they really cash strapped due to their debt for emirates stadium? wengerand the board say they aren't, but they're not convincing anyone.

for the record, they still made a nice run in the CL last season. in fact, i think they went deeper than they should have and just ran into a man united teamthat was just better. and that run included missing fabregas at some point. morseo than not having arshavin, that team just got hit with the injury bug bigtime, especially towards the end of the season.
