I pre-ordered it on EAsports.com when they had that sale a few weeks ago.
I played the demo yesterday and it's really smooth. I'm really looking forward to going through the WCQ mode.
The game may actually be better than FIFA 10 but I haven't played it enough yet to reach that conclusion. It's basically FIFA 10 with some modifications.
