how so? everyone who has played with him post 2008 except for that clown dwight seems to love his leadership and hard workkobe wasnt a leader at first but over the years he figured it out and became a great leader. just give these guys some time
He's still not a great leader
They're not leaders, kobe is a leader, cp3, rondo, melo
Rose isn't a good leader. But he is a leader on that bulls team. These armchair fans think they know what goes on behind closed doors. Even worse, this guy Black Migo goes off what he actually sees on the basketball floor and comes to the conclusion that KD and Rose don't make their teammates better? How can you watch them play the game of basketball and come to that conclusion? Clueless people out here talking out of their butts.I never understand the great leader comment.
People act differently, unless your in the huddle or locker room you have no idea what's going on.
To say how someone is a leader from TV and Body language is idiotic.
Somebody name me players that are better leaders and make their teammates better than Rose and KD. Not talking LeBron.
Can't name Billups, Nash and Duncan, they're at the end of their careers.
Melo? Did this dude really just name Carmelo Anthony as better leaders and make their teammates better than KD and Rose? Lord Lord Lord
ZBO and Rondo??? How do they make their teammates better and how are they better leaders. I'll wait.
Are you serious? Can't name Billups, Nash and Duncan, they're at the end of their careers. They're not leaders, kobe is a leader, cp3, rondo, melo, nash, billups, zbo, duncan etc, just because your a "premier" player doesnt mean you're a leader stop, acting like i said theyre trash

as people have said, you have no idea what goes on in timeouts/practice ect. every report/story from lakers practice suggests that kobe is a great leader. you probably think dfish was a bad leader too because he was the worst starting pg in the league.Lmao at kobe being a great leader, scoring a bunch of points and forcing the issue doesnt make you a great leader of men.... Phil was a great leader dont confuse that
Tell me how Rose isn't a good leader though. Explain and list reasons.
Rose isn't a good leader. But he is a leader on that bulls team.
If you taking the most shots your team mates look at you as the leader of that team.
But does he make him teammates better?
--
To answer your question though. Harden, Pierce, Deron, KG, Rondo, CP3, Parker, etc. the list goes on of players who make their teammates better than ROSE.
KD has no option. He has no offense around him. But he has alot of games where he'll have 7+ dimes.
How does Rondo make his teammates better than Rose? Post all the gifs you want, but try to comprehend posts before you do so.
Are you serious?
Did you just ask how does Rondo make his teammates better?
Son...
Ya'll don't see these Superstars yelling at their teammates? When they want the ball they get the ball. That is a leader. When your teammates listen to you and don't complain if you taking shots and no one can say a thing to you. Than your a leader.
There you have it folks. To be a leader you have to be seen yelling at teammates demanding the basketball. Grade A analysis from this dude. Repped.

pretty much every wing player that we have picked up over the past 5 years has said that they have gotten better from learning from kobe in practice. dude defends pau every time the front office throws him under the bus. but yeah he doesnt make teammates better and only cares about himself
No ya'll saying Kobe isn't a leader because he doesn't pass?
He doesn't make his teammates better. But he is a leader.
Rondo was a non factor the year Celtics won the chip. Pierce KG Posey and PJ Brown were the reason.Tell me how Rose isn't a good leader though. Explain and list reasons.

And what have Harden, Deron, CP3, Rondo etc. accomplished more than Rose? You can't name older guys like PP and KG because they're at the end of their careers and not in their primes. They were the epitome of great leaders in their primes, but they are in their twilights now. Rondo won a title as a role player I suppose.

Look at this guy back pedal.Melo & tyson arent the leaders of the knicks?
And look at when Rose won MVP and led that team to the level they were and tell me with a straight face that Rondo would have elevated his teammates to that same level.just look at the 2012 playoffs against miami, then get back to me
And you said a leader has to be seen yelling at his teammates for the basketball. I see you've played a ton of organized basketball
Rondo was a non factor the year Celtics won the chip. Pierce KG Posey and PJ Brown were the reason.
Your looking at what they accomplished. That doesn't determine a leader. I can tell you never played on a organized team before.
