At this point, I don't think we can move up to the 3rd spot, and we are safe at 4, so I would say yes, starting tomorrow, we can begin rooting for wins again, no more tanking required.
100% serious. Tanking no longer needed, our job here is done after 2 years. Back to fighting for W's each and every Laker game.
Ireland being the only one to say they don't like Rondo much. Makes me happy, but also kills me because it's Ireland and he'll be wrong.

True though, Kellerman said it's a near lock.
Max and Marcellus are actually pretty reliable.
Max called the nash trade, Marcellus had Harbaugh to Michigan 1 month before Schefter reported it.
Rondo :x

But nothing in terms of 'We need to lose this game and especially this game' or 'These guys need to win out' or whatever?

Sounds good.
Feels like a family again.
Go Lakers!
Speaking of Family: How do you unblock people?
Tanking never started.....Naw. We are 4, fairly locked in. Unless Philly goes 3-0, it don't matter what we do.But nothing in terms of 'We need to lose this game and especially this game' or 'These guys need to win out' or whatever?
So to jump into the top 3, we need the lottery combo to bounce our way, same as it does every year for the Cavs.
So we might as well hit the gas, and start tryin to learn how to win games again.
Tanking is over with.
http://espn.go.com/nba/insider/story/_/id/12653243/nba-10-rookies-progressed-most-2014-152. Jordan Clarkson, Los Angeles Lakers (1.86)
The Lakers were denied an injection of possible hope for the future when Julius Randle was injured, but Clarkson has been a revelation over the season's second half. Opportunity is certainly part of it, as his playing time has gone from 12.2 minutes per game to 31.1. Over the second half, he's averaged 19.4 points, 5.4 rebounds and 6.0 assists per 40 minutes. He needs work on defense, but for the season Clarkson ranks second to Nikola Mirotic among rookies with 2.1 WARP.

We're picking veterans for the top rookies to study to help them develop into more effective players. Here's who the Lakers' Jordan Clarkson should watch:
Rookie: Jordan Clarkson, Lakers
Player to study: Brandon Knight, Suns
Area to study: managing a game while looking to be a scorer
One of the hardest things to do in today's NBA is to manage the game as a point guard while also looking to score, because it isn't enough to do just one or the other anymore. Knight is one of the young guys who is making real progress in this area; he's not at an elite level but he is moving in that direction.
Clarkson, meanwhile, already has a scoring knack and can pass. He just needs to improve in both areas, not just one. The key is being ready to shoot or drive every moment the ball is in your hands, while also reading the defenders off the ball.
Here's an example of Knight at work:
Who should the Lakers send to represent them at the lottery?
